You can snip down the corner on the wing pivot, so that the wings stay facing front, this allows much better movement for the shoulders AND makes it look more G1 accurate!

You know I thought the whole point of the "Henkei" re-molds was to make them look more like the G1 characters paint-job wise. Thrusts wings never looked like that! Therefore I find this figure rather confusing, and I'm not going to dish out $50 for an innacurate paintjob. I was at BOTCON 2010 & one of the figs HASBRO had displayed was a soon 2 b released U.S version of classics thrust. It was accurate! U mean the Wal-Mart/Target version of a classic will look better than a Henkei?!?! Go figure.

im so glad i waited for the generations version.This one is just too too expensive.And the generations version doesn't have those awful paint apps on the wings!!!

My seller say its 85$ US with shipping its 95$ and converting to canadian dollar its around 100$

You should try tempting toys. I just picked up both for 143 shipped in the USA.  Its probably going to be another 10 for Canada but thats not to bad. For Thrust its only 69 bucks

Man, compared to Henkei Thrust, I don't like the Botcon one at all. The colors are alot nicer on the henkei. Good review Peaugh!

While the Botcon Thrust is nice, I'm going to have to go with the Henkei one. Simply because the color scheme and stylized decals for the wings seem to fit better with the theme the 3 Decepticon Jets from the Classics line have. Which were new figures paying homage to the G1 line, but with updated and stylish looks to their original color scheme. While the G1 accurate scheme for the figure is quite nice, its fun to see a different take on a classic. Which is what the Classics line delivered on.

I somewhat prefer the Botcon vehicle mode version as compared to the Henkai vehicle mode. But the Henkei robot mode definitely looks better.

I really do prefer the henkei before the botcon version. the colors on the henkei really bring out the details more. Thanks for a great review man! Now if I can only find some place that's cheaper than BBTS. 'cause these guys go for like 90$ each there.

I cancelled my pre-order from BBTS and got both dirge and thrust from Toyjapan090 on ebay. About $65 shipped for each to the States. Cheaper if you buy both at the same time. They're really fast too.
