The best way to finish the quest is to "betray" her. Its the shortest way. You just travel to Roriksted and there they will tell you to get her to withrun stable. Go speak with her again and she will follow you there. Once she starts talking to you there asking if you betraid her. Attack the guy who you are working with. He will drop 200 gold and the redguard woman will pay you 500 gold for your trouble ! :)

Turning her in nets you 400 gold, I believe. There isn't any adverse "evil" conversation or text that comes about turning her in, either. In fact, the game made it sound like that it is what you are SUPPOSED to do. Anyways, if anyone could post what happens if you kill the guy, it would be appreciated.

@iBeProfyn Its like only i have noticed or at least realized an obvious detail. The akaviri guards were in a cave full of bandits, standing at the very end of it, untouched. Now i dont know about you, but it doesnt seem to me that they fought the bandits at all. And since bandits attack their own native people, not to mention foreigners, its all very shady. The only way they could stand there is by signing a peace treaty with the bandits of sorts.
