I have an idea: If a gun manufacturing company goes belly up, the former employees should all file a lawsuit against the mayors, lawyers and lobbyists who all profitted from the downfall of the gun company.
a right is something that can never be taken away.everyone has a god given right to defend themselves in anyway they see fit.look at what has happened in countries that outlawed guns.point proven
@jasonfulton Right, banning guns is stupid. They thing banning guns will keep criminals from killing people, well, guess what? Criminals don't care about the law! All their doing by banning guns is making law-abiding citizens give up their right, while Mr.Kill-a-lot's busting down your door and shooting you and your family ,while your defenseless. Make sense? Hell no.

If I am disarmed can I sue the government for the death of a family member? If not then the governement has no case.
