Kamehameha Schools is a College Prep School for Hawaiians. Not an asian school. So for all of you people that don't know about Kamehameha schools, it is a school located on O'ahu, Hawai'i. 

Fun fact: It is the richest school in the nation aside from Harvard.

@HiMinds It is people like u that don't understand anything about Kamehameha Schools. This school CAN accept students that aren't Hawaiian, but there is preference to Hawaiians because it is said in Pauahi's will. As long as there are Hawaiians applying there is no way that you are going to be able to get in. Also, why would u even what to come to our school? I guarantee that u would feel neglected since it is always said in classes that we are all connected/family because we are all Hawaiian.

hahah i jus miss the school.. the atmosphere everything.. i grad out at '08 and i never thought it be this hard to not have it.. sure i can go visit but its jus no the same feelin as goin there and bein in the day... i mean i still cherish the legacy and oppurtunity that i was givenn k-12 it was amazing and i'd do it again less the grades.hahah.. it was awesome playing sports in Kekuhaupi'o gym..bein on that bus..even the twinkie one..the wlks that i wont ever take again haha.. even the uniform

The school was built in honor of Hawai'i's only Ali'i to unity the entire island chain, to educate the Hawaiian children.. and ignorant people make fun of it..

@fanatix2008 good question. i go to the school and no one at or school (or in hawaii for the most part) really talks about it or relates it to that because it is considered disrespectful. we learn so much about Hawaiian culture and about kamehameha, who was the first king to conquer and unite all of the Hawaiian islands. 'kamehameha' is an attack from an anime cartoon. so it's considered disrespectful, and when we hear people from the mainland making jokes about it a lot of us get annoyed.
