i found it randomly in a raider out side thank god

radaways r nice2 keep in handy. in 1 big rusted container, u find a dead scientist next 2 "The big book of science". read that book and take the scientists radiation suit. it should help

Sometimes enemies can pick things up. Check any bodies lying around.

For some reason it's not there for me :( i don't know if it's a glitch or if i have to do more of the story missions
