If it can be Local here, AND in CPW, why can't the company just let the D train be Local in Manhattan on Late Nights. It's not really going to affect the A or F it it was Local. Besides, on Weekends & Late Nights, getting from the Local stations in CPW to the 6th Avenue area is already hard enough.
