Tom and Lee don't use gyros, there both really good at what they do. Why would you use gyros for 3D it takes alot of skill out which is pointless.

gyros are stupid why waste money on them when you can get a plane to prophang by practice, it doesnt take long to learn anyway its the torque roll thts the hard part :)

@mmmmbbbbffff It´s a perfect, nice "tail-wheel-landing". At least I didn´t find a single english word for it. In german it´s a "Sporn-rad-landung". I guess, one can just translate it. If anyone knows the word, or someone made up a cool one, just post. It might get interesting.

The only people that are claiming "Gyro's" are people that can't fly 3D.

realfastRC, they make high resolution servos these days. Those ailerons aren't that fast in this video.

I would say no gyro by my observation. If you could hover or harrier a plane you would know what I'm talking about...

having gyros is not a insult..i use them in my yak, even with it still takes some skill to hover like that but at 10 secs you can see those ailerons mloving way too fast to not have them. at 54 secs thats 100% gyros...just being real..

I have already told you there are no gyros,if you dont believe me then thats up to you but if you are using gyros then you are only kidding yourself.If you have an ounce of skill then you wouldn't even consider them.I have never used a gyro in my life on an rc plane,only helis which obviously need them.Seriously,get rid of your gyros and you will get on much better at 3D.The gyro is only fighting you for control.
