It's not a capacitive pen. It is an active digitizing pen made by Wacom. Don't confuse the two as there is a huge difference

I prefer 10.1" or 9.7", but I do like 7" tablets somewhat, that said, I really think the Note is too small to be a good tablet, whether or not it's a good size for a phone.
