LOTS of cold/cracked joints on it! Be surprised if degauss was working since both the pins for the connector were cracked all the way around their joints. There was at least 1 really bad cracked joint on the yoke wire connection, and more in random places. After reflowing all those joints & doing the caps, there was one time the flyback lines started to appear gradually after it warmed up. So the flyback definitely needed replacement, especially since I found cracks in it after I removed it.
Looks great! Glad you were my guinea pig on a successful flyback install as well as the cap kit, too. Now I have another type of repair under my belt, and you hopefully have a chassis that will last a long time.
do you like this game after having it for a while ? I'm looking for another shooter and leaning towards this combo

@TortureBot Was it the just the caps and flyback like I thought on the forums or was there more too it? Like cold solder joints and such.
