This is just my opinion, but nuclear power never made sense to me. It has consequences far reaching human injury. Case and point: Japan. I felt this way after viewing something on Nat Geo about dismantling a nuclear submarine from WWII. A compartment with the nuclear reactor couldn't be dismantled and had to be shipped off to an island. What occurs after that no one knows. We've created something so destructive and yet we cannot destroy it ourselves if it goes wrong...
I live in a state with three nuclear plants. The fear-mongering does not effect my views on nuclear energy. There have actually been more deaths from windmill accidents than there have been from nuclear. Let's stop all wind energy also.

There was Alot of predicts of Like an 8.0 magnitude earthqauke in Calafornia on the 21st and Yes there was an Earthqauke but it was blown way out of proportion and was 3.3 Magnitiude lasting for like half a Minute so personaly i think People are overreacting and blowing these things way out of Proportion.
Ive been looking into the Nuke plant in my area and discovered when many were built in the 70's and early 80'. They originally gave a shelf life (not the right term) of 40 years to be structurally sound. Guess what? The one in my area was built in '77(44 yrs old) and they have already gotten a green light for an extention. Not to mention the radiation plume moving underground toward the water supply for the last 6 yrs due to hit our underground resevoir supply any time now.

Ive been looking into the Nuke plant in my area and discovered when many were built in the 70's and early 80'. They originally gave a shelf life (not the right term) of 40 years to be structurally sound. Guess what? The one in my area was built in '77(44 yrs old) and they have already gotten a green light for an extention. Not to mention the radiation plume moving underground toward the water supply for the last 6 yrs due to hit our underground resevoir supply any time now.

You implied that it was strange that the 2.5 Hz signal last for 3 days while the quake only lasted a few minutes. HAARP doesn't really create the earthquake. It just triggers it. The stress needs to exist within the plates to begin with. The HAARP just fatigues the stress points until they weaken enough to succumb to the existing stresses and break. It can thus be speculated that they may be triggering these earthquakes to relieve the stress and 'protect us' from a bigger quake. Who knows?

Not only the US Plants are unsafe. And not only against Natural disasters! In the World there are only Two Plants with an installed Core Catcher, and if it will work, no one knows.
I thought about possibilities to manipulate Plants to produce a station black out and how safe they are. What is really frightening me I think it is possible to produce a station black out for nearly each plant for a few hundred dollars, and all you need you can get at toys'r'us and a gardeners shop.

i picked up this 29 min film at a garage sale a few years ago, and it seems i'm recommending it a lot these days. it's called "Deadly Deception" general electric, nuclear weapons, and our environment.it is short, but very eye opening. i don't know if it is on dvd or not as i have a vhs copy, but if you can find it, i highly recommend watching it.

Ms. Merkel in Germany is now taking nuke plants offline. I hope they do this in France, where we had a long series of "incidents" fairly recently. It seems clear to me the plant around San Diego, CA should be taken offline as a precaution. The French are not told about all the people who got sick here from the cloud in Tchernobyl. It is possible that the powers that be want to safe guard the nuke material if there is an impending pole shift or world wide chaotic event. they may use the earthquake in japan as an excuse to review and shut down the nuke plants to avoid meltdowns later.
