I have never been to Russia so I can't say what the situation is like but I know from sources that it has given rise to many criminals and especially since the fall of the Soviet Union. I have never been to Russia so I can't say what the situation is like but I know from sources that it has given rise to many criminals and especially since the fall of the Soviet Union.
