War is great coz of graphics and the gameplay. Anyway lag is horrible and u have to do huge amount of qs before getting into real playing.
Aion haz amazing graphics and even more amazing gameplay exept automatic moment which is pretty annoying. Anyway great game haz its problems: Tunnel maps = ya cant go anywhere ya want. Small maps, wings have flytime, too much farming and grinding.

I've played WoW for 2 years, and it has nothing on aion, so I don't know what you're talking about.
To put all this to rest, lets put it this way. WoW is broken. You barely have to play the game to get amazing gear, you can skip 3/4 of the current raiding content by running 5 man dungeons, most people NEVER experience old world content, and even the leveling process is boring and unrewarding. In aion, it took me 3 weeks to get to level 30, and while doing so, I experienced all the 1-30 content. In WoW, I got my 9th character to 30 in about 2 hours with RaF and instances.
@atheistchaos What have you put to rest? seriously, your 9th character? Ok let's be realistic, new people don't run dungeons. Most get in their halfway get their gear and go back to questing. 1-25 is usually the end of the content. Most of the 40s/50s have been grinding instances since 25. You haven't put anything to rest, but just showed since it is a new game you want to experience it. hell if i created 9 characters why would I go back and do the whole thing over? Not trying to be a jerk btw.
Mayhaps you missed the point, leveling in that game is broken, I've never played through over half the content because my character out leveled the zones. Ever since the 1-60 exp nerf that took place in BC, all of vanilla WoW's content has become irrelevant and useless, you just level past it. Now with RaF you can just stay in instances to get to level 60 in less than 20 hours of gameplay. That is not fun, or rewarding, as it takes no effort.

Quit acting as if you're obligated to use it. The fact remains that new people will rarely blast through this game. When I started I didn't. To much to do. RaF is a common way of getting new people to play. When I used RaF, it was with people who were new to the game, that leveled up at the same pace that I did. The simple fact of the matter is, the game's only got 1 focus, get to 80, and raid ICC so you get epics. There is no depth. Comparing such a single minded game to something like Aion doesn't fly. Aion still has story, gameplay, pvp, and difficulty in it's focus, WoW only has it's number of subscribers in mind.

Have you ever paid attention to how the quest are barely different from each other through levels? Gameplay? PvP is broken and servers are dead. best thing to do is make an alt and twink it out and rift. PvE is pure tank and spank. NCsoft is notorious for money only, so to even hear "subscribers in mind" is almost a joke.
PvE is pure tank and spank because the entire concept of the game is PvPvE, as in, there is always a chance for the opposite faction to come fuck with you. Last I checked, population did not determine how good a game is. I would enjoy playing Aion more than WoW even if there was only 1 other person on the server. PvP isn't broken, I've already pointed that out, all you have to do is re-read my post, and NCsoft has nothing on blizzard for money grubbing.

Aion is amazing for the first 20 levels. U will love it right off the bad, you will think there is no better mmo in the world, much like i did. The story starts off great, combat is flashy and amazing and character customization is untouched by any MMO. Than you figure out how bad of a grind it is. Its alot worse than WoW, the story just like ends and you will be killing for multiple levels. WoW can be slow, but in my opinion its more fun than Aion, if you find a guild. a ranger takes down a sorc any day .. a sorc takes a cleric easy.. cleric takes ranger easy.. sorc is a more vital class in a party due to sleep and root.. ranger is all about dps.. play what ever you prefer the most

Mayhaps you missed the point, leveling in that game is broken, I've never played through over half the content because my character out leveled the zones. Ever since the 1-60 exp nerf that took place in BC, all of vanilla WoW's content has become irrelevant and useless, you just level past it. Now with RaF you can just stay in instances to get to level 60 in less than 20 hours of gameplay. That is not fun, or rewarding, as it takes no effort.

Quit acting as if you're obligated to use it. The fact remains that new people will rarely blast through this game. When I started I didn't. To much to do. I may not have played vanilla WoW, but saying wow is bad because of, "it's become too easy" is a poor excuse as to why it's gotten bad

RaF is a common way of getting new people to play. When I used RaF, it was with people who were new to the game, that leveled up at the same pace that I did. The simple fact of the matter is, the game's only got 1 focus, get to 80, and raid ICC so you get epics. There is no depth. Comparing such a single minded game to something like Aion doesn't fly. Aion still has story, gameplay, pvp, and difficulty in it's focus, WoW only has it's number of subscribers in mind.

@atheistchaos I could understand if you compared another game, but I played aion all the way through. The story of aion is simple, linear, and repetitive. Have you ever paid attention to how the quest are barely different from each other through levels? Gameplay? PvP is broken and servers are dead. best thing to do is make an alt and twink it out and rift. PvE is pure tank and spank. NCsoft is notorious for money only, so to even hear "subscribers in mind" is almost a joke.

PvE is pure tank and spank because the entire concept of the game is PvPvE, as in, there is always a chance for the opposite faction to come fuck with you. Last I checked, population did not determine how good a game is. I would enjoy playing Aion more than WoW even if there was only 1 other person on the server. PvP isn't broken, I've already pointed that out, all you have to do is re-read my post, and NCsoft has nothing on blizzard for money grubbing.

yeah i love warhammer franchise too, played all the RTS-s all the way up to Dark Crusade (didn't bother with DOW 2 cause its way too laggy for almost any pc) ) and i agree they kick ass at making RTS, but dude i paid for Warhammer online (which is the MMO of the Dawn of war series except not set 40k in the future) and let met tell you its fucking worth every penny. No i wouldn't recomment Aion cause its a shit-grind-fest, but i do recommend WAR, how do u know it sucks if u havent tried yet?

Aion is amazing for the first 20 levels. U will love it right off the bad, you will think there is no better mmo in the world, much like i did. The story starts off great, combat is flashy and amazing and character customization is untouched by any MMO. Than you figure out how bad of a grind it is. Its alot worse than WoW, the story just like ends and you will be killing for multiple levels. WoW can be slow, but in my opinion its more fun than Aion, if you find a guild. @marvelous6450 I never said the leveling was slow man, might want to read first, I said WoW can be slow as in boring, the traveling takes forever, if you dont start crafting at a lower level than it takes forever to get, some quests have you traveling alot so they take forever to do. The leveling is easy In WoW, to easy since Wotlk. Might want to read more before you comment on something someone said.

dont be such a smartass cbastor1... if it wasnt for WoW, aion would not exist, take a few steps back, and look at the features in aion, and then note that most of them were originally and FIRST in WoW, just simply modified slightly to fit Aion... so no, aion isnt THE BEST mmo, but it can be said its up there with the other good ones. end of story
