you have to be an elite with host, go to the ledge by the plasma rifle spawn, jump on the ledge curve jump and throw your power drain(you have to know how to equipment jump) if you do it right, you will be walking on air. then shoot some brute shots and bam...your up there.

lol i'm pretty good, i've done the ice cycle jump to get under narrows before so i can't imagine this being much harder

Push the explosive to the edge where every1 was falling off, use it to blast yourself off the map, then switch to your hammer and smack yourself in there. Good Luck ^-^
