  • I just came across your channel and I'm really confused as your information doesn't match up to your videos so I have to ask, are you still pregnant with your 5th or are you a mum of 5 now already? :) x

  • @TheOneAndOnlyMe92 i need to update my info and u have just reminded me i totally forgiot! ive just had my 5th hes 9 weeks old xx

  • @umbumgo No worries, you're welcome ;) Aww bless xx

  • Hi, thanks for sharing!! What were the beads for? Ihad a c-section 8 years back, and in 6 weeks have a scheduled, just curious i dont remember beads...just stitches that dissolve???

  • wow this brings back memories! I had 3 c's but no beads...I guess different doctors do different things...hope it heals nicely!:)

  • what r the beads for? have never seen them

  • Looks so sore hun! Hope it's healing well xxx

  • What are the beads? Do they get annoying with clothing?

  • Oh that looks so sore! What are those beads for??? I never had those I had a csection with my first hoping to have a VBAC with this one. I had invisible stitiches inside and out

  • ouch, ouch and ouch! it looks so sore!!

  • Thank you for showing us!

  • Gosh it really is a neat looking scar isn't it.

Did having the beads out hurt - what were they one big stitch going through it all?

  • It looks so painful!!! But your tummy looks great. Ur my inspiration for having more children. Lol do you plan to have a baby number six?

  • Ok scar is longer than I thought but hey my belly is covered in scars from fertility ops so it won't make a difference

  • Thanks once again for sharing! Like I said before, it's so reasurring to hear and see what you went through and see, hey, it's not so bad. That's what we need more of inthis community at times. It sounds like you're coping really well. And seriously, thank you for taking the fear out of it for me. I'm not even preggers yet, but kept panicking about a c-section. Feel really silly now. Take care :)

  • You look great !

  • It looks very neat your scar they did a good job.

  • That's meant to say Georgie not Georgia!! I hate predictive text!!

  • Fab scar Hun! I've had 2 c-sections but Neva had the beads. Had staples with the 1st which didn't leave a nice scar the 1st time, n dissolvable stitches the 2nd time. Can't even see my scar, they did a fab job!! Although I seem to get infections with dissolvable stitches, don't know y! Georgia is such a cutey pie. Your doing an amazing job, ESP coping after a c-section too xx

  • I swear it's the same one person that is disliking your videos, what a sad sad person. Anyway you seem utterly inlove with you family, it's just so lovely to watch :) I love your videos Leanne and as for your c-cection cut, why does it look so perfect? The ones I've seen in the past look so red, big and sore! x

  • @Fellbra10 Also did you have your c-section done privatley or under the NHS? Oh and one more thing, are we lucky enough to see picture of labour, like the video you done with your other boys x

  • Wow! Your surgeon did a really neat and tidy job there! You certainly couldn't have gotten a better incision! You won't even notice that once it's healed! So happy everything turned out wonderful for you! MOST IMPORTANTLY....you got "GORGEOUS GEORGE" out of it!!! Lol

  • For those asking about the beads...im a nurse and will explain its just a type of stitching really. The beads are to Mark each end of one continuous internal suture. When it comes to taking them out the nurse will cut off one of the beads and pull the suture out with the other bead. It'll be a long stitch the length of the whole scar. Nothing to it tho really easily and painlessly removed. Just the surgeons preference really if they use individual sutures, continuous beaded sutures or staples.

  • I'm 7 months PP and still numb there.

  • The numbness stays..I'm 5months postpartum still can't feel my lower stomach...

  • Wow they did an awesome job!! You won't even be able to see that when you wear a bikini! I live in Australia and have seen a lot of c-section scars and most of them are wear your tan line is

  • I heard that when you have surgery it can catch air inside, perhaps this is why you have the extra bloating? Either way, you look great :)

  • OUCH OUCH OUCH I AM SO NOT READY FOR THAT AGAIN!!!! ON A GOOD NOTE YOU LOOK REALLY GOOD!

  • You look so good hun... Hope you heal fast!

  • ouch looks painful.

  • hey i might have c section with my twins i would like to know does it hurts, is there stuff ucant do??? anything negative u can tell me about it???

  • What are beads Leanne? And why do people (yourself as I can see) still look pregnant after the baby is born? Is there still stuff inside? I sound like a child but it intrigues me immensely x

  • @kezra1 Your uterus has to shrink and it takes time for everything to get back to normal...

  • @alandamandamama Ah that makes sense, thank you =] After all of these vlogs I should be 110% ready for children haha

  • you look amazing Leanne, well done xxx

  • What are the beads?! I had disolvable stitches and busted 2 of them 2 day pp.

The area around my c-section scar is still completely numb and it's been 11 months. Yeah.

  • Oh wow- what are the "beads"? I didnt have them either of my c-sections, just dissolvable stiches :) You have gone down LOADS!

  • I think you look amazing! wow only 5 days Leanne, and the C-section looks so neat and tidy, hope it continues to heal quickly, xx

  • you look amazing for 5 days pp and always wanted to know what a c-section incision looked like i nearly had a c-section with my son because of problems with his heart rate but ended up delivering vaginaly in theatre

  • your looking great, I am so happy for you. I hope you continue to heal quickly. ;-)

  • Thanks for sharing. It does look like a lower incision but that means that your scar will be really low. That's a good thing! It is healing great. I am also curious to know if you ever have another, would you prefer a natural birth or c-section?

  • If you were to fall pregnant again, would you ask for a c-section or would you have a natural birth? What do you think is better ect.. Gorgeie is gorgeous too, so happy for you all!xx

  • Looks good. Just so you know it is normal for the scar to feel numb for a long long time.

  • That is really neat! Thanks for sharing. I was interested what it looked like to have c section.x

  • Your scar is quite low isn't it ...its healing brilliantly though what are them bead things for if you don't mind me asking as i have not had a c-section but my 2 mates have and they both had stitches and staples ! Also did you still use your badedas and does it have the same effect with your scar if you get what i mean i am picking some up from the chemist tomorrow and can't wait to have a go lol :)

  • Are all C sections that low? Or was yours lower beacuse he was breech? It looks like it is healing nice, thats good with your pants on regular you cant even tell!!

  • That doesn't look bad at all! And your tummy will go down a lot quickly :) It looks good for it being so soon.

  • It looks like its healing beautifully..hope it continues.

  • massive congrat hun :) I had to have a emergency csection with my daughter (she is 1 today ) I didn't have the beads on my scar but my scar is in the same place as yours. A year on and you can hardly tell I had a csection there. It clears up so well. You look fab :) :) I had alot of pain after my csection but your doing amazing :) xxxxxxxx

  • That incision should heal up perfectly. Thank heavens your doctor did a good job. You're looking great for 6 days post partum! I've never seen beads before either. What are they for? Do they hold the stitching together?

  • Congratulations on your new bundle of joy!!! You look great! I think your scar will have minimal visiblity~ I've never seen A c-section scar and I pictured something much...thicker. The lines are matched up perfectly, it seems! This is A very thin scar and will become much smaller w/ use of vit E and scar treatment cream! This is also the first time I have EVER heard anything about the beads. That is interesting. What is the purpose?

  • scar looks really nice (for a scar) lol! done a good job there! mine isn't as big, still pink on one sight slightly, i uploaded a video of it about a month ago. you look so great lea glad it went well for you xxx
