How to do it as of july 30th 2011

1-click on the arrow next to your name

2-choose settings

3-on the left choose profile set up

4-choose change picture

Click on your Username in top left.Choose Account to bring you to Account Settings.On the left hand side click on Profile Settings.Click on change picture button to the right of Photo space.Choose Upload an image. Browse to location of image. Double click on image file or highlight image file and click on open.Should see chosen image in your You Tube Change Picture window.Click on save changes and you will get a message that image may take up to six hours to save.
