Considering the subject matter, Naruto would beat Homer, he could damn near beat anybody actually because most Manga artists tend to give their characters unrealistically god-like powers and they're the master of the "coming back from behind after their skull is caved in".

Which is why I love how comical this video is, it pits a godlike Naruto against the thick headed Homer, and homer comes out on top! And shows me that back in the day, the person who made this thought Naruto should always win.
