Well the GOP members are already saying that the democrats are failing and it's true. I don't like Republicans one bit but the Democrats aren't doing what they said they would do. I live in Florida and let me tell you, we have tons on Republicans here.

I agree with you that 500 billion dollars could have been used to fund Universal Health Care but your wrong in saying Bush and the conservatives continue to fund the war. It's congress that funds the war and it's not only made up of conservatives but a bit over half are Democrats. If the democrats had the balls to repeatedly try to override the president's veto then in time the people would pressure the opposing side to go for the override.

Plenty of money for the war, but not a cent for us or our children... How does this happen? What are these people doing in charge of our country? Why do we all just brush this a side?
