  • it was on burnout revenge aswell

  • I got Road Rash as one of the first games on 3DO, and then Sega Genesis, a true 16 bit, however, 3DO could do more, at the end of the day, they turned to software for PC. I got the game on PC and it runs on Win2K and Vista so far, tested VERY recently!

  • this deserves more recognition

  • i remember playing this one forever... from dusk till dawn till dusk... esp. the final levels (Napa valley)... dude... it really took some grit to pass that one... and the amazing soundtrack.. (even though i dint understand a word of what they were saying, except maybe Satansville, i just loved the tracks... am now going on collecting the masterpieces one by one... :D)

by far one of the most memorable, if not the best, games EA ever made....

  • best band ever

  • Yeah...I've always thought Swervedriver was one of the best bands of the 90s. I never knew why they didn't take off commercially. Maybe they wanted to stay indie? One of my favorites for sure.

  • This was on Burnout Paradise aswell as Road Rash. Great song

  • reminds me of speeding on my 68 el camino when i was 16

  • Everytime I hear this song, I remember those warm spring nights back in '98 when I used to listen to this and walk around my old neighborhood after supper. Good times..

  • listen to those riffs!

no one writes songs like this any more

  • Listening to Swervedriver always makes me want to go snowboarding.

  • You all missed seeing them live... They were great! Last show I saw was at the Whiskey in LA. It was great to see them in such a small venue; you could really hear their sounds.

    Long live swervedriver

come to ireland in your tour please

  • Swervedriver have reformed, and a world tour is happening, its about time :))))))

  • Fantastic! One of the best alt bands from 90's. It reminds me of my teenage, listening these bands and playing Road Rash on Sega Saturn!!!!

    They're kicked ass!

  • @rafaelpancinha Was that Genesis or did they have a Saturn version too?

  • wasn't this video hidden on an early playstation game?

  • road rash

  • not hidden. it was w/ a dif cut scene of a dif group "performing" the song w/ bike cut scenes.. really nice

  • I've heard about this video(the original version) but it was never aired on MuchMusic (Canada). Instead the other cut of Duel was aired; where they lay down on green pastures.

But my, this version is a more gutsy and adrenaline filled, reflecting the motion and speed of the song.

    I like it!

  • swervedriver express radicality.motion-fuelled music and imagery.

  • omg dude...i luv u for postin dis

  • Loved Swervedriver. Never got the pub they deserved but my mates and I loved 'em.

  • great song

  • swervedriver man, that was the shit.

  • those were the days when snowboarding was new and not a slackers' sport perceived as an olympic discipline.
