I love the deleted scenes! Normally when I watch it from other movies I have the feeling that it was good that they left them out, but I really love the ones from pirates of the caribbean...a few give the movie more depth and you REALLY get to understand the characters and their feelings better! I think that some of them would have been even necessary...it really is a shame that they let so many good scenes out!

@theLastFlowerChild I watched the commentary last night and Gore and Johnny were talking about how the cameras would keep rolling even after what was scripted was done. This was completely improvised. The actors were just joking around.

I wish they'd actually used this beginning for Will! It's so cute how uncomfortable he feels and then how confidant he is in film 3. What exactly does Swann see in IceCreamHead? Elizabeth shouldn't respect him since he disses her. IceCreamHead doesn't do anything for the benefit of others and he is so rotten to the poor and others below his station. He's even mean to Elizabeth. I think Elizabeth shouldn't have gone to the ceremony. Or she should've just thrown tomatoes at him.

No,this scene here is an extended beginning. In the actual beginning, we just see Will break the candlestick. In this we see the dirt on his shoes and how uncomfortable he is. That's what Iike. It's cute
