I got it too.. I tried everything.. Even got the stock firmware back on it after flashing it with Tim5a's firmware.. But the flytouch doesn't have the driver anymore if you have flashed it..
I have installed now a app Android System info , and when i go to hardware and then to camera it shows this:
I also was able to find a fix on Android forum ... Update to Tim5 with a camera fix on the general settings ...

I found the solution finally! and i got mine fixed!

I've searched some forums and got this:
upsidedown camera (Green stripe error ):
Steps to follow:1. Run ConnectBot2. Connect: choose local (enter)3. Type: setenv camera_rotate 2704. Type: exit5. Reboot PAD
and if the camera rotate 2704 doesn't work , just change it to setenv camera_rotate 270..!
