Although I disagree with the prior administation on a number of issues; this is not one of them. Bush commanded respect from allies and adversaries; while Obama unecessarily apologizes for the U.S. about everything and wants everybody to be his buddy. It doesn't work with Congress and it certainly won't work with our enemies abroad
@Allston Pete Did Buds command respect when he was allowing Osama to walk out of Tora Bora with 1600 al Qaeda fighters? Did he command respect when he invaded a country where al Qaeda wasn't?
As I mentioned in my post, I didn't agree with Bush on a lot of issues; including the war in Iraq. I'm merely pointing out that these terrorists are not our friends. They are not American citizens. Why should anybody care what we do to these animals!
@AllstonPete People should care because when we throw away the law, then people just make it up as they go. They cross bad lines, and inevitably they wind up abusing innocent people, and that's bad for business all around.
Why is America held to an unreasonably higher standard when compared to other countries. Do you think that the countries that harbor Al Quaeda care about political
niceties as to torture or not to torture. I think not.
punxsutawneybarney, again at the risk of repeating myself, the people who are connected with al-quaeda are'nt really concerned with what we think; why should we care what they think. They started it, let's finish it
@AllstonPete we're like al Qaeda. We killed 700 civilians in Pakistan to get 8 al Qaeda. Over a million people died in Iraq. We're terrorists. We kidnap people off the street and fly them across the world and torture them, sometimes to death.
punxsutawneybarney, now you're showing your true colors. Al quaeda, like all terrorists mix, mingle, and hide behind the civilian populations (as in Pakistan) These animals are cowards! Don't assume that America is always at fault. ru part of theThe "Blame America First" crowd ?
Clinton's ambassador to the UN, Madeleine Albright, said on national TV that 500,000 dead Iraqi kids was "worth it". Then she was confirmed as Secy of State and nobody even asked her about.
punxsutawneybarney, a cursat I'm ory look at my profile will show you that I'm a life-long democrat. Hey, I voted for Martha Coakley (the democrat) here in Massachusetts just a couple of hours ago!
Torture is done in the name of the american people. I was really surprise not to see more people protesting what it was done on their names. Especially for such barbarian acts.
And also really surprise to see all this people pushing for torture on tv. But now I understand These are the symptoms of a fallen state. when corruptions has gotten into its head of state permeated the rest. I really hope Im wrong however Its almost text book clear
Waterboarding is an enhanced interrogation technique which has been approved under special circumstances even though it is not approved in the U.S. Army field manual for soldiers. The United States has used waterboarding on our own soldiers during "SERE" training.
Mass murderer Rice is so horrible to look at. It should be illegal to show the faces of war criminals like this piece of filth.

Torture is never a legitimate "policy decision".
gamoonbat is wrong plain and simple. Waterboarding is crime each and every time it is utilized, and yields no worthwhile results.

Thank you for this video. Not only must we not let them get away with torture, but we also can not let them get away with distorting the truth.
