I almost feel as though there are now, temporarily, two kinds of Christianity:
1. liberal Christianity, which teaches love and tolerance of all of society's outcasts (That was Jesus's message.), and
2. "conservative" Christianity which is all about pressuring the individual to conform to some imaginary norm and which seems to carry all the pettiness and anxiety and desire to exclude of the worst kind of country club.
I put 'conservative' in quotes because I don't see anything truly conservative about it.
I wish that "conservative-in-quotes" Christians would realize that there is nothing conservative about hate. And there's nothing Christian about it either.

@ighforever True. The issue of being was never addressed in the Bible. However, could the story of Adam and Eve simply be the creation of man and woman? Could it be the story of the introduction of sin into the world? We don't know. However, what we do know is that God has created all people in his image. He created us to do his work. So I still don't see how being born LGBT is wrong. We may not understand them, but we must learn to love and accept, just like Jesus did on the cross.

2Timothy chapter 3 On what people will be like in these last days.
God wants us to return his love he has given us in Christ, to be conformed into his image. Then we can truely love ourselfs, Brethren & our neighbors as God does. Romans Chapter 8.

@ighforever True. The issue of being was never addressed in the Bible. However, could the story of Adam and Eve simply be the creation of man and woman? Could it be the story of the introduction of sin into the world? We don't know. However, what we do know is that God has created all people in his image. He created us to do his work. So I still don't see how being born LGBT is wrong. We may not understand them, but we must learn to love and accept, just like Jesus did on the cross.
