HTC Desire Weather Animation

Cant the weather animation keep animating?

-or does it just animate for a moment when you take the phone off idle?

Can this setting be changed to constantly animate....like a screensaver/live wallpaper?

I want it to keep animating while the phone is on the home screen.

how did you get the toggles for wifi etc? I really want that.

also, how often does the weather thing do it ? or is it every time you unlock?
