you're the man. I've bookmarked this video so I could easily find and train. Thanks for sharing with us some things from your experience, you've learned through hard work
EXCELLENT! STRONG BODY, ORIGINAL, GREAT PERSONALITY...KEEP IT UP! I SUBSCRIBED. MY MOVES AREN'T AS ADVANCED BUT I WILL WORK ON IT. CHECK OUT SOME OF MY PRODUCTIONS AND LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK. THANKS!
@Dare873 I've never seen that one done, in any way. It is nearly impossible. Jim Bathurst (the one photoed in the book, I have it) is an absolute monster, and he posted a video of himself trying it to no avail.
pretty good but having your feet spread out like that during a pushup removes the need for your torso to stabilise itself, making it easier. this isn't what you want. better to have feet together.
@humblyshyt Humbly: the feet together (or eventually elevating the opposite foot) are the more difficult variations. For a beginner learning the movement, wouldn't spreading the feet initially be better, and then narrowing the feet over time once someone has become strong enough to do a number of repetitions with the easier version?
@tyciol of course. that works too, but only to a degree. there are more suitable forms of pushup that greatly reduce difficulty which i'll list in order of increasing difficulty. so, assuming you're starting from doing full pushups (there are of course easier variations): close pushups, uneven pushups, 1/2 one-arm pushups, lever pushups then finally one handed pushups. so in my view it's better for beginners to start doing pushups with feet closed together and move through these steps instead :)
@alkavadlo I've only seen it clean once myself (Bruce lee excluded) but you're persistent, so you'll definitely get it eventually. Good luck, and keep up the awesome stuff!
@arikat1 Thanks! You can call it a sport or strength enhancement or whatever. I do it cause it feels good, keeps me strong and most important - I love it!
This is awesome! got my first pullup ever last week, and got three in a row this week. It's always great to see the next thing to aim for and have the progressions to do it. Cheers Al

Another option is to offset the level by doing it with a brick on one side or off the curb side ways and then switch sides
