@Ms3dslover You can get online on Amazon. I recommend the bellicon which you can find at selected stores (google it). Check out my recent review about why it's better.
Rebounding really improves your posture!! I'm 55 and found my back was starting to get tired more quickly and hubby keeps telling me to stand up straight! Rebounding has really helped strengthen my back and can also feel it in my abs. Raising arms to the side (holding straight in position) and up in the air while jumping you will feel it in the back the next day! Hopefully no old lady hunch back for me! Much easier to stand straight naturally! EASY DOES IT to start!= 0 injury!
great video! i've just gotten into rebounding and have been looking for various videos on the benefits and to see any routines I may not be thinking of. your little video here is the most creative and professional one i've seen --thanks for taking it into the 21st century :)

Hi, am 62 yr old Gramma and love rebounding. Keeps me healthy, and active.
Also teach pre-school and am never ill, the benefits and fun are outstanding. Take it to school for the kids to bounce too, what fun. You are never to old to bounce, if afraid, start out sitting down and bounce. Blessings in health as you bounce.
@bouncygram LOVE IT! You go girl! You inspire me! Aside from the cardio workouts, I've been doing the "health bounce" which is 2 minutes throughout the day and you don't even lift your feet off the mat. By doing just that, you flush your entire lymph system. No wonder you don't get sick! How often do you bounce and how long? Thanks for sharing bouncygram! :).
@bouncygram: Havin fun keeps ya young! A former homecare client of mine is 95, and you'd never know it. She doesn't look 80. And she acts like she's 50. :)
@TheOrtonsLife I probably wouldn't do high jumping. You can do the "health bounce" (jiggle on the tramp without lifting feet off surface) which flushes your entire lymph system in 2 minutes! It's a great tool after pregnancy too as it helps tone up loose skin, moved organs, etc.
Mine has a cover over the springs made by a company called body burner. Its the greatest. From 5 mins to 60 mins...this thing is great.
