just use kiwi black polish not parade gloss and use selvyt high grade polishing cloth and spit thats how its done

@wel3hstanton Cold water not spit and parade gloss works just fine. It is a little harder than regular kiwi but either one is fine. It's about layering and working clean. water, dab, little circles, repeat as necessary. There are of course ways to cheat. Nylon stocking material can give you a really quick base, for instance.

Its called time and effort. Layer after layer of polish, best to sit in a circle with friends and chat, listen to music and polish at the same time.

What ever you do: DON'T use liquid polish. It ruins your boots and then you have to strip them.

Fuck sake real men use wax cloth and water and a lot of time... there are no short cuts that last or shine better when it is done right. I also used to find the process very very usefull for thinking about things... you simply cant replace that process with a quick fix.

Ive just joined the ATC. I havent bought any parade shoes yet, but when I do, I would like to get one of the best shine in the squadron. The boots in this video look very shiny - should I use this Morrello Ammo product, or just normal Kiwi? What is bulling and how does it help?- Does it give it more shine? PLEASE REPLY FAST

@zeeman512 If you use this stuff, just paint it on the very front of the shoes, but be warned, it does crack. You can also buy japblack from b and q, it's pretty good. However, it's best to learn how to bull boots properly. Takes a while to learn but this video is probably the best starting point : type how to bull boots into the search bar, its the video at the top

Does this product damage the leather? I know some people used to "bull" boots when I was in the Army, and the stuff they used literally ate up the leather. Nice look if it doesn't damage the boot.

Part of my recommendations includes not using morello.

if you paint it over layered boots it flakes off.

If you really must cheat do it on new unpolished boots but nothing beats the real thing.

I have used morello a long time ago and got caught. I started using it as a welt dressing and just painted a toecap to see what would happen....busted.

The boots shown have all been painted with Morello polish. The application takes minutes and mimics real polish in appearance and wear.
