  • if it wasi it real...the camera would be closer to such a great thing

  • It's fake. If you don't believe me just watch the Mythbusters episode about it.

  • Bullshit

  • How did he do that?!

  • It's real I have seen people do it. Also check out my new video called 12 year old free runner by macawakabamboo

  • well, its blurry and out of focus, so It must be real.

  • This is so fake, they have plexi-glas under the water surface. You can clearly see that he brakes the surface suddenly after a long distance in high speed. If this was real, he would have lost speed and then brake the water surface. But still the sport exist. So dont lose faith people, the longest real water running i've seen is like 4 meters and 3 steps. You just need speed and believe.

  • Why teh fuck did you film it from so far away?

  • FAKE!!!!

  • /watch?v=AE4Uh-_0-l0

    walking on water

  • "real" or "fake" I don't care. It looked cool!

  • now you know how jesus did it...

  • @LowLowSpinners Jesus slowly walked on water... this guy ran on the water. Now you know hhow Jesus really did it.

  • @xXHeroXx911 criss angel slowly walks on water too

  • @90jeromem dude when they run the whole body keeps the same elevation and balance. Sorry dude it's a fake :o)

  • this is possible. browse "liquid mountaineering"

  • it looked real until he fell off some edge...

  • so laaaame!

  • no no no you can hear they are walking on something in the water

  • He was running on shallow sand. Look at the fucking water, notice how he goes in just as it reaches a spot that's obviously deeper.

  • Totally FAKE. When he leaves the underwater platform he sinks as a stone.

  • @yuribr ur face is fake

  • @yuribr its called liquid mountaneering...u run on water with repelent shoes and lots of speedsies

  • @likepieproductions ...its literally impossible your an idiot if you think its real

  • @AAGuitar123

One of the gecko species can run on water so why couldn't we do it? i really believe this is possible with the right gear (repelent shoes etc.) We'll it is prooved in this video. But you're an idiot, how do you know if is real or not...

The makers of the video is either REALLY good at faking or then it is simply just real stuff we're lookin at. You decide.. Why not try it out? i will haha :)

Check out the other vids of Liquid Mountaineering and think again.

  • @DJCOPPY2K9 okay the geckos speed compared to its mass is enormous. It's simple physics for a human being weighing over 120 pounds to replicate what the extremely light gecko does, youd have to be running at over 80 miles an hour...thats impossible

  • @AAGuitar123 i cant believe how stupid some people are to take an advertisment and parade it round as scientific prove.Going by DJ's logic a chicken can lay an egg so why couldnt we do it?

This ad proves people are DUMB!

  • @DJCOPPY2K9 the makers of this video is hi-tec or did you miss that part. "i really believe this is possible with the right gear (repelent shoes etc.)" lol thats because your not very intelligent."The makers of the video is either REALLY good at faking" No your just dumb, did you not notice that except for the wetsuits almost every piece of clothing they have has the hi-tec logo. Its ion mask technology.

  • Have you guys tried it on the DEAD SEA? where the salt concentration is very high?

  • @felipemoranis Red Sea Liquid Mountaineering #FTW

  • fail

  • @fabiogarfe Its A real man . Whatch this - /watch?v=Oe3St1GgoHQ&feature=player_embedded

  • @moonman7765 not so much on the rock rotation, but good spot on that mat at 48. It definitely is there

  • i think convincing people is hard. but people dont realise making it work is harder.

i hope one day this sport will show me its feat before my very eyes

  • liquid mountaineering

  • If you believe this, sign up for the Darwin Awards asap.

  • i think it probably just has to do with water tension. doing a belly flop off a high board hurts becuase at that speed and surface area, the water no longer acts as a soft and fluid body, but rather it acts like a much harder surface. i suppose if one manages to slap their feet down fast enough, it could provide enough resistance... just think about it.

  • @ryanwashere8907 that is the question isn't it and I don't have the answer, but in principle I think it could be possible. Wider shoes would also help.

  • @TheSwedeJohan No its actually real, and its not the same distance. The way this works is the same way a rock skips across the water. If they make it the same distance every time its because thats as far as they can go without falling. Maybe the videos you see here are of people's best distances. But if you look at other videos and do more research, you'll find that this is an actual hobby that people pursue. It's kinda cool but probably hard as hell

  • @som1112

maybe the distance they go is just as far as the Plexiglas goes 10cm below water.

  • !!!

  • i think oiyt a fake one huh really

  • I don't believe this, there is no way a human can do this without running like 100 km/ph

  • Jesus wouldnt lie

  • @judenschnitzel Nah, but christianity would. Adults with imaginary friends are lame.

  • Have you guys noticed they fall instantly at one point? haha shouldnt they be falling gradually or even a bit more slowly than just falling?

  • @jaorocks1 no it makes a lot of sence... When they slow down and the steps get smaller then one feet sunks into the water and then its to late and the rest goes after that.

  • @jaorocks1 when you skip a rock across the water, does it gradually sink in the water? No, after ti gets 2-3 skips it just sinks in. This is real.

  • @som1112 Alright alrighht I get chu, but thats the masses are different and the fact that gravity is constant at 9.8m/s makes it virtually impossible to get as far as they did

  • @jaorocks1

but your feat are moving at larger rate of kinetic energy then a rock that's being tossed across the water

so you have the human weight with gravity force, combined with your foot being forced down

  • @som1112

A human has more mass than a rock. l2physics

  • @som1112 Sorry, you got suckered. To skip a rock, you don't just throw it parallel to the water. You spin it as fast as you can. It's the spinning that gets it to skip as well. Throwing the rock just makes it sink. Humans, especially with just sneakers, cannot run on water nearly fast enough. This skipping rocks principle is dumb.

    /watch?v=Oe3St1GgoHQ

At 0:48, you can see the mat they're using underwater come up beneath the surface.

  • @moonman7765 this video isn't even 48 seconds long...

  • @ohgidgetz Meant this video. watch?v=zickzCUHss4

Also, did anyone else notice that they put this in the Comedy category?

  • Wouldnt really call it WALKING

  • @billster311 Still pretty cool....

  • spooooooooooooooookyyyyyyyyyyyyy

  • !?

  • we branded this new sport 'Liquid Mountaineering', sounds better than the familiar walking on water stuff

  • @TheUlfG i find the name stupid as it had little to do with mountains :S

  • @TheUlfG it's true. i did it in CALIFORNIA on mushrooms and then on water

  • cool. nice video. love the concept. what's the brand?

  • how do u practice/train or attempt to for this lol?

  • Miguuuuuuuuuel the magician!!!!!!!!!!!! JC R U watchin?
