  • this video shud be called 'hey everyone, check out my forehead' this vid was sooo zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

  • my shipping was only $3. I didn't get any options though. (I didn't order a lot, so that could be why)

  • @jbarum my stardard shipping was 12 dollars :( i only live in canada

  • @Gothgirl4370 hmm. Is it based on weight or just a flat rate no matter what?

  • @jbarum it was flat rate. and i didnt buy because of that.

  • what size did u get the pigments in ?

  • where did u get those jars from!

  • Where did you get the containers that you put your Micas in?

  • @vgonash you can buy them for very inexpensive from tkb trading

  • are you wearing tkb micain this video? if so, what colors? its very pretty. im looking for pretty natural tones =)

  • Those colour changing ones are AWESOME :)

  • where did you buy your 10 gram jars?

  • where do u buy the jars from

  • So all of their sample sizes are 1 table spoon ?

And it feels up more than 10 g jar?

    Thanks.

  • Thank you for showing the planet series! I've been wondering how they looked.

  • I love the names they create for these colors! They are very invocative and nostalgic! This reminds me of all of the silly names they used to put on the 500 count crayola crayon boxes. No that's Nostalgic! But the way they call them "travel to" is genious vecause of the way the color travels when it shifts! Alas though You will have to change both "travel to pluto's" back to "travel to Venus" for it is no longer a planet. :P

  • I'm a little late to the party, but I just ordered a few micas before watching your review. I had to work my way to the limit JUST to get the Travel To... micas. Fabulous review!

  • very good review...i appreciate your thorough information!! :)

  • how long did ur shipping take???

  • Not long. I think it was within about 2 weeks.

  • Your eyes are great!!! Is this with those TKB trading stuff?

  • Thanks! It's the Go Cosmetics part eye look. There's a video up.

  • well by the sounds of it you should have nine travel to's because there are nine planets (well...were anyways i don't know what's going on in space now...) maybe they labeled the lid to one travel to wrong?

  • the little packages that you showed are those sample sizes? if so how many grams can you get out of a sample?

  • Yup, those are samples. I don't know how much they weigh, but they are a tablespoon.

  • thanks...is that what filled up your 10gram jars??

  • Yes, it is :)

  • Thats is great thanks so much! One more question haha...what is that black base you used for the color shifting pigments?

  • Uuuum, MAC cream colour base in Black. Possibly. Without looking at the video again.

  • I am a photographer in my spare time and just lately have been getting requests for glamour photo shoots where the girls want a bit of a make over - your videos couldn't have come along at a better time !!! My sister and I will be glued to your tutorials now to get all the techniques right !!

  • Thanks! I'm glad the videos are helpful!

  • I love this video Becky. Very intrigued about the colour shifting micas, they look gorgeous. I remember you also made another video on colour shifting pigments by Pure Luxe, are these similar to the Pure Luxe ones?

Again, thanks Becky for this review. TKB Trading should have provided these to you for free since you are advertising them...

  • I think a few places use these as a base to build their own pigments. They do the same thing. They just don't have much colour themselves, only the reflection.

  • Oh, thanks Becky, that helps a lot! I hope you will be doing some looks with these colour shifting micas.

  • I will at some point. They're really good pressed into black liner.

  • Well, I just would love to see them on your eyes! Thanks for taking my request!

  • you are very delightful and brillant. I like that you keep your videos real by not editing out every little thing. BTW your dog is adorable.

  • Thankyou!

  • Whats the difference between a pigment and a mica? I Don't No :(

  • Pigments, like MAC pigments usually have extra ingredients to help the mica stick to your skin. Mica is just the colour.

  • Do they ship their samples in jars or baggies? Because I'm really thinking about getting the planetary collection. Thanks

  • In bags. I'ts much cheaper for shipping. You can always order jars at the same time.

  • Great vid. I love TKB. Can you do a look with the "Travel to" pigments. I just ordered received this sampler and would love some inspiration for a look.

  • Thanks! I'll see what I can do, I tend to use these as an accent rather than a whole look.

  • What causes the color change in the travel to.. micas? It it when you wet them, put them on your eyes, or a reaction to sunlight?

  • It's something on the mica itself so it changes when it reflects light. You can see the colour shift in the jar/bag a little but it shows best when applied damp over a black base.

  • hey, so how do u appy da mica 2 ur eyes? do u apply a base b4 applying da mica or do u mix it with sum kinda mixing medium? or water? can u make a video on how 2 apply da mica. thanx.

  • I apply them in the same way as all my mineral pigments. So any of those videos will help! I've got some new ones so I'll be doing a look with them soon.

  • your makeup looks very nice in this

and i love that you always have very colorful nail polish

  • Thankyou!

  • I wonder if you've read the MSDS for these eyeshadows.

I don't think i would want to put something on my face, which with prolonged exposure can cause lung damage.

  • Yes, I have actually. Opening a jar, applying a little to the eye, closing the jar isn't exactly prolonged exposure.

  • there nice i love them im giving some away check out my channel (contest)

  • there gorges especially the travel too

  • Thanks!

  • I love these colors and anxiously await a tutorial or two using them. Thanks!

  • Thanks! I'll see what I can do, I tend to use these as accents in looks rather than the focus.

  • omg those are really good

    keep up the good work!

  • Thanks!

  • LOVE your eyes on this viedo. have you done a viedo on that and if so you should because i love it.

  • i think she already did, the video before this one

  • I've gone to the TKB website and I don't know what I'm supposed to be looking at lol. Are you supposed to mix the micas with other stuff to make them stick better?

  • You can do as they are the base colours for mixing your own eye shadows. But, you can use them on their own as well.

  • Thanks so much! By the way, where did you get your jars that you put them in?

  • Not sure where I got the ones with white tops. But I just buy from ebay now.

  • I've just made my second order with TKB and I love it! I think I've got all the ones you mentioned apart from the travel to range, although I think i need to order those now due to your video, they really are pretty!

  • The micas definitely show up. beautiful! thanks for sharing.

  • Oh good!

  • love the look in this video :)

  • Thankyou! It's the Go Cosmetics christmas party video.
