This could happen. But what I find interesting is that Magna is also a contract manufacturer. It builds the X3 and a few others under contract and the standard is higher than any other manufacturer in Europe, so expect Opel to be building Fords and BMWs where capacity is spare. As for Vauxhall in the UK (rebadged Opels), I can see them being shut down in 2015 when the UK economy starts to come on-stream again and the currency becomes sronger.
