  • FUCK the USA

GOD BLESS Russian Federation nuclear stockpile only sure thing in this USA chaos infused world.

    ROT IN HELLL USA

  • A new report from Amnesty International says the maternal health care crisis in the U.S. is part of a systemic violation of women's rights, Time reported. The human rights group notes that the likelihood of a woman dying in childbirth in America is five times greater than in Greece, four times greater than in Germany and three times greater than in Spain. Amnesty says half of the pregnancy-related deaths in the U.S. are preventable, and the result of systemic failures.

  • @PaulDougouba Amnesty International is a progressive institution you idiot! Show me a woman dying in the U.S. of childbirth you tool.. After you so that see if you can find one of those mythical smokestacks that nobody on this board has EVER seen in real life. Then find one of those millions of Americans dying in the streets they told you about. Maybe stare at a glacier for a few decades to see if a chip falls off. What a generation! You probably don't deserve America anyway!

  • Michael Moore is a demagogic guy. If he knows so much the healthcare domain why is he so fat ?

  • @legorret1 I'm a Michael fan..but man that comment is gold lol

  • @legorret1 LOL

someone is angry because his country health care suck? who is it? who is it? you!!!!

  • @adalcantu ????

  • The healthcare is in bankruptcy. French pay for immigrates ( too many ). We give every month 25 % to the health care and insurances before to pay income taxes ! This a kind of USSR health care ! Public Hospitals are dirty and looks third world. Don't trust michael Moore he is a liar and a communist !

  • that's BS, dude you're obviously not even french

  • And you are an idiot!

  • No ! you are a dork !

  • To say it is because of the immigrants that the sécurité sociale has a deficit, makes you an idiot;

Have you ever been to a french hospital?

Saying that someone is not trustworthy because he is a communist prooves that you are not french!

  • I'm french !!! and i'm sorry to tell you that i work in healthcare and i visit about 4 or 5 times a week french hospital for my job. So i know better than you the problem. The CMU is a desaster for the sécurité sociale. We give healthcare for a lot migrants ! mainly Africans and arabs. Most of them don't have the French nationality and have no papers and french people pay for that.

  • In France you don't need to have french nationality to benefit healthcare program. The CMU is not fare for people who works hard for it and pay for the others who pay ZERO euros. Where is the justice ? The word communist that i used is a little bit strong but not very far from the reallity.

  • It just shows you how GE values the French more than their own Americans. Companies like them kowtow to these countries and still make decent profits but when Americans try to even loosely mimic the European health system they shoot it down by financing astro turf organizations and getting fair minded Americans to vote against their own interests. Its so sad.

  • There are good people and bad people in every country, I would love to visit France one day I here it is beautiful.

  • im french and i have to say that france is not the heaven youre all talking about ^^

yes, our health care is, today, a lot better than the american one but our government is privatizating lots of our services actually (school, electricity, gaz.... so why not health care tomorrow?)

i just hope our political people wont be too greedy and let us as we are

  • Kick that right winger Sarkozy out then.

  • @Fuchizaa sarkozy would be on the left of obama... sarkozy isn't even a proper liberal...

  • @Fuchizaa We're on it :p

Ptdr.

  • I'm an American and during the 2008 election I was SERIOUSLY considering moving to France if McCain/Palin won the election. I would want to get out before it's too late, before the US ended up a smoking crater by 2012 with them in charge.

Obama is the only thing making me hesitate from moving. He's a neoliberal but he seems to be more useful than Bush. However if he keeps passing all this pro-corporate shit and conceding to Neocons I'm still going to have to move.

  • You should move up here to Canada. We're very similar in many ways (same tv/movies, same stores, same restaurants, same sports), but have Universal Health Care. We also have much lower taxes than France. Middle-class Canadians and middle-class Americans pay about the same in taxes.

  • @A86 there will be one less moron to feed, get out.

  • @fxnooodle - And there will be one more moron starving during the Second Great Depression while I'll be well-fed elsewhere. Idiot

  • Comment removed

  • france rocks :)

    beutiful country

    exdrodonairy language

    good looking women :D

and as you said, the county works they only need to legalize weed x)

  • @FistsOfFury21 You forget--- WE have a destructive underground socialist state of Progressivism. France does not have blacks and ghettos and engineered projects that "destroy opportunity for votes" programs like we do.. Everything you can claim is wrong with America can be traced directly to the progressive movement and their Communist/Socialist at any cost agenda! Your people are evildoers and modern day plantation (projects) slave owners! Wake up! Look around! Do the math!

  • Actually, social security was invented by adolf hitler in 1933 and then France copied it. But Germany was the first.

  • It wasn't Hitler; it was Bismarck at the end of the 19th century. He wanted to gain support and increase the productivity of the workers.

Most European states were liberal or socialist around that time so adopted similar models.

  • cept Italy ^^

  • our country had a colonial empire half the size of the planet even before america had 15 states

  • The problem is that the republican destructive machneri stoped the New Deal, after Truman they dismanteled it in its totality and it wasnt until Kennedy and later on the great LBJ with the great soceity a development project so vast that France and Germany combined cant surpass. but what happenend ? our american ignorance, Republicans again stoped the course of Just welfare untli f.. Ronald Reagan destroyed absolutley everything

  • It is not true that in the US there are no Laws, no social securty no social policies yes there are actually France and the rest of Europe copied and improved the New Deal Social Policies implemented by FDR. I agree with michael moore on evertyhing but can not allow people to discredit the US in an olimpic way.

  • as a briton and therefore enemy of france by nature it is surprisingly easy to say

    vive le france!

i love you's guys let me give you a big english hug!

  • Shes so right.

  • It's the same in France, except we pay it..through heavy taxes !Income taxes rates are comparable to federal income rates in the US, but the tax burden on wages is 45% here !!! Nothing is for free in France, that's just a lie.

  • sure it's not free, you could even say it costs a lot... but it's socialized (scary word huh? ^^): the many pay a little part of their income for the few who need medical care at some point; I'm a right winger here in France but I still feel that's what a modern society is supposed to do for its citizens. And it's beneficial: you're healthy, you're more productive ;)

of course it's not perfect and Moore is painting the picture prettier than it really is but I guess he's doing so to prove a point

  • Tu préfères le système américain ?

Sure we pay income taxes and stuff but we're way better off and i think thats the way a country should function, health has nothing to do with how much money you earn thats just absurd. Americans pay a fortune for their army, I think they'd rather pay for their own health.

  • yeah ur just complaining over nothing have a look around we're in a shitty country where everything is expensive but we cant denied the fact that its great to not have to pay for medical care imagine u get a tumor and the doctors say sorry but no money no treatment ...that is just not human

  • I'm just saying that NOTHING IS FOR FREE and EVERYTHING HAS A PRICE.That's all.Should I remember you that the french social security deficit is at 10 billions E ? Who will pay for that ? Poor people and Rich people alike...The US health system is broken, that's a fact, if they want an alternative, they should take inspiration from the Dutch one which is mixing private medecine (private insurances company..)/socialized medicine (..obliged by the law to cover EVERYONE) quite well

  • --- Unfortunately THAT is TRUE .. WHY world calls people in USA stupid AMEricans ... CAUSE they are stupid ... THEIR goverment has not given them 10% what they would be getting in EU ... FUCK USA buy the WAY ..

  • Fuc* America I'm moving to France I'm a college student and school is fuc*ckin* expensive I'll be in debt after i graduate.

After watching my mind changed and i really like how people in France don't work for the money but for the help people.

  • yeah that is just sick to see that if u dont have money u dont have education ...that movie really did drive me insane i was crying of rage for hours it is so not human whats goin on in america especially about health care

  • she is so right

  • *shakes head* i h8 where i live.... and now france is the best. one man destroyed the workd in 7 years...... u know who that is

  • France is #1 in terms of health care system, #1 for quality of life, best education system, lowest poverty rate in the world, and now the economy of France/EU is outperforming the US because of the US housing collapse... so why do the retarded americans keep claiming that "america is the best?" Americans need to learn how to shut up and go to hell.

  • Well...we kinda got big egos and big heads. But its not like all of Americans are like that. And its not the public's fault that USA is so horrible..its Bush and his army of idiots.

  • in which the public elected.

  • well..fine then..my family didn't vote for him..jeez :p

  • I recall Bush did NOT have the majority of public votes

  • i believe it was stolen, as well as his second election. cuz who had the majority of votes in 2004? Kerry did! remember him? i never voted for bush cuz i was too young at the time. but this yr im voting for the right candidate. enough of republicans and their greedy, selfish egos!

  • "who had the majority of votes in 2004? Kerry did!"

I am not a Bush fan but we need to be accurate:

    BUSH - 62,040,606

    KERRY - 59,028,109

  • In which HALF of Americans didn't vote because we're losing this county to apathy, the media, the military industrial complex, and K Street in Washington.

I didn't vote for Bush, I never thought the Iraq War was a great idea, and I hate that my fellow countrymen enjoy their news washed and watered down before they digest it; however, I try to inform and keep a cautious eye.

  • America is the worst country in the world.

  • Oh please. The worst in the world? I would say maybe somewhere between 15 and 20. And what is the best? UK?

  • nono everyone knows the best country is australia :D

  • hah you guys do have it good. But really Europe is the greatest place in the world. We have the highest quality of living and we are great contributers to the world with our cars and different foods. Did you know that Red Bull is Austrian?

  • yeh i like europe, ive been to france and italy and they where awesome. if you like food.

  • Yeah but europe cheated by colonization, inquisitions and slavery.

  • Cheated?

  • i meant cheated their way to riches.

  • I would not call it cheating, I mean what isn't cheating? Is monopoly cheating as well?

  • cheating would be not respecting basic human rights.

  • Well come on every country with money does it. Look at the United States and China. Europe doesn't "cheat" now and they are the wealthiest group of people on the planet.

  • making money by killing others and violated basic human rights, is not something to be proud of.

  • Well come on, you live in Canada who saves a lot of money by buying cheap goods from China, who does in fact violate human rights. Look at Europe. Do we violate our citizen's rights? No. Do we wage wars all over the world? No. Do we have the most money in the world? Yes.

we may have "cheated" before, but now it isn't the case.

  • i dont buy cheap goods from china anyways, they just break after 2 days.

  • So nothing in your home is from China? Do you own an iPod? Do you only wear designer clothes? It's alright that you do, you just need to understand that it isn't cheating.

  • to be honest, i dont have an ipod or mp3 or cell phone and never have. i do not wear designer clothes because its a stupid rip off and i get mine custom made.

plus i will admit that canada has done bad stuff but im not proud of that.

  • Well who's proud of being unfair to others. But the thing about designer clothes, almost everything but designer clothes are made by slave-children.(ALMOST EVERYTHING)

But don't look at the past; look what is happening now. Do you think I define myself by the holocaust? That happened a long time ago and Germany is a very nice place now.

  • my point was that the other countries did not have a fair opportunity in the game of wealth, power and pride. so a rich country doesnt make it better than a poor country.

  • How didn't they have a fair chance? Africans, Native Americans, Aborigines, etc. had a choice- don't be cannibals and build a civilized country and have descant technology or be sodomized by their superiors. They chose to be dumb-asses.

  • do u know the story of el dorado (not the movie)? you might be surprised. they (the incas) were a peaceful civilization for centuries until the arrival of the conquistadors, when they killed them and melted the golden sculptures and turned them into coins to send back to Spain.

  • Okay fine. They still could have advanced. It isn't cheating. It is like a football team beating another because it is better. Is that cheating too?

  • both football teams know whats involved before it starts. the incas had no idea that the spanish were arriving and were totally not prepared for combat.

  • not true, they were lots of civils wars in south-america at this time, the conquistadors never knew if they were going to be help or attacked when they encountered natives.

  • Conquistadors prepared themselves because they knew obviously that they were going to arrive at SA. however the incas didnt know they were arriving.

  • yeah like if only europe did that ...america didnt of course and history is history every country have done things they're not proud of so now tell me ..with this HS isnt america making money be leaving its citizen dying??? yes i think they left the humans right behind on that one

  • No health insurance=USA has the highest infant mortality rate, shortest life expectancy, highest rates of many diseases, highest levels of bankruptcy, highest child poverty rate, etc.for all industrialized countries.A child just died because he had a tooth-ache and no health insurance.10,000's americans die every year because of this.Add,Neoliberalism, american's decreasing standards of living and remove the effects of USA policy on Cuba over the years to put it on an equal level,I prefer Cuba.

  • yeah and the americans say they're so great cuz they can read yet how many of them actualy use this skill to read useful, good and decent books?

  • no you dont, mate. trust me, you would not prefer cuba over america anywhere but cuba.

  • sry, i misread ur comment. it'd take 100s yrs to fix cuba's system for it to be on equal footing to other developed countries or to the U.S. or to how cuba used to be. so you'd be dead long gone before you could enjoy it. sorry mate. and moore only showed the good part where the privileged get to go. the real truth: cubans are denied basic access and rights to healthcare, compared to here. unless ur a tourist and with dollars who can pay, ur good.

  • If you want to appear to be credible please provide the names of your sources who are the experts in this field like i provided. I wish it was false but i know it is true. People from america have gone to CUba to save their lives because the health care is so bad here; happened in the movie sicko. I am in France right now and they say life in Socialist France is much better than USA. I partly came to France to see a dotor here because the US system is based o the immorale profit motive

  • i only speak of those who've been there and lived there under the castro regime, the cuban citizens themselves and my family. this is just theirs and my point of view. again idk much about the U.S. and cuban policies between each other. i know ppl from america have gone to cuba and i know our system sucks. i wish we could change it. i hate the HS system here, and i pray we do change it. i know the cuban HS system works but ONLY for those who can afford it or are foreigners. my relatives depend

  • ..my relatives depend on us to get the medicine and vitamins they need. and it isnt cheap. and sometimes the ones who send it to them, even othe relatives, steal it so the ones who were gonna receive it, dont get it b/c others get in the way. i only speak of experience, which more than enough for a learning experience whether you agree, believe me or not is up to you.

  • I lost my exfinance from france because she would not come to live in the usa because the health care system and school system are so bad and she 3 children. It is child abuse to bring your children to the usa were such public systems function so poorly:highest level of children in poverty, highest infant mortality rate, shortest life expectancy and dropping for the first time in one hundred years, highest murder by guns rate, worst public transportation of all industrial countries, not full list

  • i know, i know. i did watch sicko, you know. and i didnt know that list, but i do now. however, i always had a feeling our HS sucks big balls, and trust me, if i could change it i would. i wish my mom could get healthcare insurance, but at her age they might deny her so i think shes better off without one for now.

  • i also know first hand the school system here sucks, even teachers complain about it and i have too. the real education i am getting now as a college student.

  • I apologize, my child hood experiences have been brutal however I must remember that is was not the typical situation however that is becoming more and more the case as Neoliberalism is implemented. FYI: have you listened to David Harvery's "History of Neoliberalism?" It puts together individual elements of our economic history nicely.

  • Oh, I forgot, I think it is Doctor's Without Border's who stated the other month that the country with the largest number of people that they attend to by giving health care to because of a lack of a functioning health care system is the USA - very sad that hundreds of thousands of americans have to receive health care in this way.

  • really? i didnt know that "medecins sans frontiere " to help american citizen ...i hope for u guys obama is gonna change that

  • Hello frenchy, thanks for your post. I appreciated your positive thoughts however real power in the US does not rest with the president. It is with the elites who pay for the presidents election campaign. Obama got into office with their money so he has to do what they want. So, it is not Obama who has to change the US it is the average people. ARE YOU LIVING IN FRANCE? I am living in Paris right now. Let me know.

  • go Michael and see my video of someone like me who lived in 3 countries with UHC system before coming to the US

  • Which of your video are you talking about? I looked but did not find it.

Ive worked in the US and France, and working conditions and services in France exceed those of the US, I was shocked, to make a long story short my conclusion is that average people in North America are getting screwed and the aristocracy wants to make sure they dont know theyre being swindled and are on the way to pre-new deal conditions.

  • Exactly. And dumb americans think they are the best in the world, whereas in the EU the working conditions, job security, and intelligence of the European work force FAR exceeds that of the dumb yanks.
