They have the same speed because Percy ran a 4.37 and Bey ran a 4.29 and when a shorter guy like Percy runs a time like that he'll get a 97 or 98 speed rating but since Bey is taller he is still faster in the game.

DHB is most likely going to be the best receiver in the rookie class, ill tell you what i have told everyone so far DHB was in a pro style offence run to set up the pass at mayland wich is going to be alot easyer for him in the pros he will have our PA passes perfect. DHB will be the best wide out in the draft.
