If you want to pass a drug test that's in 3-4 weeks then just drink a shit ton of water everyday. If you do that you should piss a lot. And if you drink enough you should be able to get it all out of your system in about 2 weeks if you smoke everyday. If you're skinny, if you're chubby I suggest putting on jackets like him. But don't drink too much water, you can die from that.

ACTUALLY, THC is NOT water soluble so drinking a lot of water DOESN'T do anything. THC attaches to fat cells so the bigger you are the longer it stays in your system. You need to exercise a ton and drink a lot of cranberry juice and don't eat fatty foods. Vitamin C tablets help a lot too :)

If you are trying to pass a UA for job corps, you will get away with having a first dirty test... after that you will get another test 30 days later. I spent 3 years in that place.
