  • the bicycle is the only remotely difficult 1 there

  • I suppose these exercises are ok... but the third abdominal exercise shouldn't really be done by beginners seeing as there is a huge amount of stress on your lower back, So if you are not used to doing knee raises lieing on your back, avoid this exercise for the a little while.

  • This will help to strengthen your abs but not reduce fat in that area.

    An instructor of mine once told me, It is impossible to 'spot reduce' fat..otherwise people who chewed gum would have really skinny faces.
