TY, 19rebel57, you did it again...gave us another treasure to behold of the great and only JM. I don't recall this song...very touching...JM sure knows how to give a song the feeling it expresses. He is a master at it. How do they do these on the beach or Olvera street? I guess they voice-over and hope to match his mouth on the video. I lived in LA then; wish I had seen him up close like this. I wish I had seen him in concert like so many of your subscribers have. Sigh, TY again God bless

@schreibmaschine2008 This was from the music TV show "Something Else" in 1970. It was hosted by John Hartford and sponsored by the amercian dairy association. They shot all these outdoor videos on location at various places around southern california. The Carpenters' video of "Ticket To Ride" is also from this same show.

Thanks so much for sharing- I love the way it's filmed- so naturally- great Lennon/McCartney song- and love the way Johnny sings their music- does have some 'tristesse' (sadness) to it- but that's the charm - he just gets 'inside' a song and sings his heart out. Great one.
