Tell me how you do it. How it's possible that it doesn't work? You only have to make sure that you haven't been in this place in 3 days and then save before entering. Better instructions are in this original PC version:

If you search easy boss level loot, it is worth it, but if you search real gaming experience (recommended), it's not wort it. Testing loot with save is not far from cheating IMO.

You can, and there is also another boss chest. You just can't test this loot repeatedly that way, because "other side" is in in the same cell (new interior is not loaded). You can go to the other side through Ceyatatar's main entrance, but test this loot first with save and go to the ruin after that.

hiz lying i tried it and works on x360 to do it you need bounty above 9000 then

go to jail save then lode any including the one over 9000 bounty and then you will be in the every thing room to get u will need to wear full daedra armour and then wait 24

hrs you shold end up out side the imperel sewer u escaped at the beggining of the game

I have also seen a seemingly unreachable chest in Shivering Isles, they seem to be everywhere. And 'nobo' isn't a word, I tried to say 'nobody' but accidentally posted the comment before finishing. Sorry about that, I accidentally posted the comment and can't seem to edit/delete it. Anyway, nobody seems to know about this, but there are two unreachable chests under The Fair Deal in Bravil. I found this out by exploiting a glitch where if you walk toward the wall directly behind the bed, you can fall through it. When I did this I saw two chests under the floor. There also seems to be a top of a ladder sticking out of the floor, even though the chests are unreachable. Anyone know of this?

On PC you can open chest. I saw one chest there with 5 bottles of skooma, but now I noticed you said there is two, so I have to go back. Let's see what I find.

There was two chests yes. Just some of the stuff she sells. It seems that every shop has these kind of chests hidden. Skooma chest is outside and I thik PC is only way to access it.

I have seen so much talk about XBOX Oblivion modding, but not ONE video to proof that it can be done. That kind of video gives a lot of views, so it will be seen when (if) modding comes possible. I have only seen cheats like more gold, increased skills etc.

Unfortunately on PS3 you can't even download official plugins like Vile Lair, Orrery etc. There is only Shivering Isles and Knights of the Nine expansions available.
