you can't spam abilities whenever you want, there is a system, but I'm not exactly sure how it works. They will most likely not release in America and even if they did, they are not changing the elements of the game and giving us TP.

You learn that skill, then when your in arles break *blue flames* just *hold a and b* when ever and it will automatically do it if your near enemy or not. And along the game the higher the number the higher the higher lv hi ougi you can preform. and of course you unlock higher lv hi ougi with titles along the game.

I would not be surprised if Namco pay to localize Tales of Vesperia PS3 and then just doesn't sell the fucking game, just because they can. I mean, Nintendo did it with Mother 1 (Earthbound Zero), even if they had their (very good) reasons to do so.

Or maybe Troy Baker is lying. But why Snow of all people would lie to us?

More importantly, I fear for Ar Tonelico 3 localization. Namco owns the franchise, after all, and they may cut NISA from the deal. Just because they can.

@darkemg They CANT localize Tales of Vesperia for PS3 because that would require the original actors to come back and reprise their roles. Unfortunately, that seems to be a difficult thing to do in the states (look at all the roles not reprised in ToS 2 for example). The 360 sold better in the states than it did in Japan--a localized Vesperia for the PS3 is never going to happen, period. Get an Xbox 360 arcade for 150 bucks if you want Vesperia.

The best hi ougi line up so far in the series, why? first, all of the hi ougi are original (except for Critical Blade) so we don't need to see anymore character using indignition, sacred blame, or satsugeki bukoeken, second, ToG manage to bring the epic style of ToD,ToD2,ToR,ToH hi ougi in 3D environement
