I really love Gregorians version because I love Enigma and they are similar.. well atleast they sound similar in once in a lifetime. I know that I love Sarah Brightman so I can't decide which one I like better.. I think I love her voice because it's so angelic and she makes this song even more magical.. yet the other one has more of a sensual kind of beat... but then again this one does too. They are both just different and great in their own ways.

This is Sarah Brightman's cover which was released in 1996. The original Once in A Lifetime track was released by Gregorian in 1991 with lead vocals from the Sisters of Oz (Susana Espelleta and Birgit Freud). This isn't Sandra's version either

You can say that Gregorian was inspired by enigma because the guy who created the group originally worked with enigma. Anyway , the first album is is the only album that is similiar to enigma since the later works are true to their name - gregorian chants.
