This is too vague. To believe his statements you would need to see measurements from the input side and the output side at the same time.There are several false statements. When you pulse a coil you do NOT get all the energy back when you switch the power off.There are loses in the coil, loses in the batteries, heat loses etc etc. I want to see numbers.

If this actually worked you could simply rectify the output, filter it, feed it into the input and it should run a load forever. If this wont work build a switch with a timer to auto swap batteries, hook a 100W bulb up and let it run for say a week. Ismaels motor has 4000VDC from capsacitor impulse, and this pulse is chopped up in giga hertz frequency too. Around the primnary/motor coil that reciieves this HV chopped pulse is wound much thicker and bigger "pikcup/secondary" winds. Every time the motor/primary coil gets pulsed, it makes tons of "normally wasted" current in those secondary/pikcups... so what goes in, comes out wiht even more power than what goes in. My freind Ismael Aviso has a CAR MOTOR that uses much the same design I show here, but high voltage and chopped input pulsing, plus massive pickup winds around primary/motor coil.

this is old video all I show is FWBR aC legs across motor coil and DC into battery and switch plasma distinquished

new circuit is have AC legs of FWBR over motor coi and DC into load (batteries) but new circuit isyou have a 2nd switch on just one AC leg of FWBR and have it swtihc on-off slightly delayed to initial motor coil pulse.

Bridge rectify across that 4.5VAC make it a DC "humps" signal now of about 4VDC.

Charge 12V battery with 2nd 120VAC/15VAC "power"tranformer and rectify also run that from run cap phase

Golf cart batteries will last 5 years charging up and discharging everyday while car batteries will go bad quick when you drain them and then charge them

Generator on shaft should pulse-out into load (batteries) at a sweet-spot in rotation that does not lug th emotor driving it.

Batteries being charged should not be car battereis - they will go bad after a dozen or so charge-discharge cycles.

There needs to be a 2nd swtihc on one of the AC legs of the FWBR that extracts the badkeme/recoil - and this 2nd switch turns on-off in echo pulse to the motor coil pulse.

Nowadays I recomend people to look into the rotovertor AC motor conversion as you use an off-shelf 3ph AC motor that has factory toleances and perfectly balanced rotor.

You can pull out power from the AC motor via trafo over run cap phase. rectify,

If the aussie discovery channel had shown the circuits I describe with ACleg of FWBR swtich and pickup coils and my Muller motorgens, this would of been a better video

dude im not sure whether Doug is legit, but there are many who have built machines that seemingly violate law of thermo. One of the top Thermo journals even has a section where it admits certain process's cannot be explained. I think Doug's work is based around a Bedini design, or even earlier on E.V Grey, look him up.

Doug Konzen is not me so I cant help with the circuits, i just found this video, but are your familiar with the Bedini SSG circuit? I'm sure he's got something very similar.

Search for SSG circuit..

The key is in capturing the back emf in the primary pulse coil... The other generation coils that u see on the front of the device are just simply bridge rectified and connected I think in series.
