Robert Reed seems to be a completely use-less, uneducated, over payed trash man. I've met this man personally and believe me folks, his #1 priority is not to recycle, its to do what he has to do to keep sunset scavengers pockets fat. Even if it means taking money out of the little guys pockets!!
