I agree with Finding Tree! your my motivation cause if you can do it i can. we are almost the same weight i started losing weight a month and a half ago and i weighted in at 213 and now im at like 202 but i bought P90X and im hoping i can get down to 150 by the time the 90 days is up!
From were you started off you have accomplished a lot. Especially they say that fitting into silk is not good for people who are not thin but serious you look very nice in it. But whatever you want to do because you can use that dress in public do what you got to do. But serious even though you have some personal problems you do not let it get to you so much and you are a strong woman that would share her life of becoming healthy. See you next week again. TY
