  • The Constitution contains 44OO words and was meant to be **understood** by everyone

The tax code contains 1O,OOO,OOO words and was intended to ***steal*** from everyone

The 16th Amendment was *never legally ratified*, (see “The Law That Never Was”) and the income tax has been declared **unconstitutional** by the Supreme Court

Stop paying the illegal income tax and join in the fight to elect Ron Paul in 2012

Ron Paul will abolish the income tax, the illegal Federal Reserve and the IRS

  • @KevinMerck

    Stop lying.

Unless you are electing Ron Paul as Dictator, he will not have the power to do any of that.

  • Says it like it is.... SPREAD THE NEWS if you love the truth... People that own news media, own the FED...

  • @TheQuibert

Spread what news? That this liar is now out of prison?

  • @RetSquid I meant the entire video...

  • @TheQuibert

Oh, spread the news that this entire video is based in the lies on a convict?

  • @RetSquid ...It gives great information about the unconstitutional IRS, the CFR, and the Federal Reserve, and corrupt mainstream media....

  • @TheQuibert

Too bad that it lies about the IRS and the Fed, huh?

  • Fence is built. Laws in place and now we the cattle have only one thing we can do for our government. DYE JUST DYE. This knowledge stirred how many people to take action? Any more and the government would have made an example and scared the rest into compliance. We are not our fore fathers and we are comfortable. So we are not stirring the pot or we in jail or dead & now this constitutes a terrorist act. See if I am wrong in the next few years this internet is next to go for our own good.

  • This mother tells it like it is!!!

  • as long as you damn so called americans, in fact its just a part of america and much more important there can just be on sort of americans and these are the native americans!, have a goverment called United States Corporation........ there wont be change!!!

  • is she paying taxes now?

  • @hydrobot2003

I don't know if she has a job now.

  • last year when i went to jackson hewitt to get my taxes done, i asked the woman if i was able to recieve the earned income tax credit seeing as how i make slightly more than minimum wage and am definatly a low income earner believing i could get a little bit of that action, she gave me the dirtiest look i ever gotten. she denied me the credit. i am almost certain it was because i am white. she was black. i dont deserve any "obama money".

  • I don't have any money to pay taxes !

  • they're trying to finish her of in jail,

Alex Jones Tv:Please Help Sherry Peel Jackson!

  • @psyhologius

Where have you been? She's been out of prison for almost nine months.

  • >>>> WARNING: Don't waste your time debating with "RetSquid." He's either a paid dis-info agent of the IRS and/or the Federal Reserve, or he's simply a jack-off cheerleader for slavery incorporated.

Scroll through the old comments from this video and others like it, and you'll see he's been trolling them for up to 4 YEARS, spouting the same old arguments again and again. He only trolls videos of this type as well. Strange, don't you think?

  • what happened to her?

  • @hartz4bewegung

She broke the law, was sent to prison, and is now out on parole.

  • Is there a "full version" of this?

  • WOW SHE IS SO SO RIGHT

  • @ONTHEMOVE95

She's not even close, she lost in court and went to prison for her stupidity.

  • @RetSquid Going to jail does not make you wrong, it makes you a captive. Tell me the exact law that requires citizens to pay income tax.

  • @daniacea

    Again? Fine....Title 26, Section 6151. Also Public Law 99-514, 100 Stat. 2085

    Anything else?

  • hero...all i can say

  • They killed her..

  • @Balshook

She's still alive, last I heard...Stupid, but alive.

  • @RetSquid Yeah, calling someone stupid is not an argument.

  • @yinzjagoffs

That wasn't an argument, it was a statement of fact. She tried to argue that she was not an 'individual'. An 'individual' is defined in the law as a member of the Human species. Does she think she is not Human?

  • @RetSquid no american is human because of the act of 1871 which changes each american into goods.

    Read about it

  • @hartz4bewegung

You need to go read it yourself, you've got it all wrong.

  • Which is the terrorist?

The one who accepts the official 9/11 fairytale of events without a legitimate investigation or the one who demands a legitimate investigation as required by law?

Those who contrive an illegal code of over 10,000,000 words designed to deceive and plunder, or the creators of a simple constitution containing 4400 words intended for all to understand?

Make no mistake, we now have an out-of-control terrorist regime in Washington.

  • A beautiful and intelligent sister, thanx for droppin the knowledge.

  • @Chillyman010

You do know she was convicted and sentenced for income tax violations, right? In other words, that 'knowledge' she 'dropped' was just rat turds.

  • @RetSquid No, it doesn't mean its 'rat turds' lol. It means that she didn't realize that she was a 'natural person' or a sovreign. Income tax is applied under the auspices that the government OWNS you and permits you to work. If you must work to feed yourself, that means they are permitting (or not permitting) you to Live. ALL people have the right to life, and liberty. If you permitt something its no longer a right. income tax violates human rights.

  • @sereneyoshiko

Sorry, your political views do not match reality. The income tax applies to all people, natural or unatural. Income tax does not violate any right and is not based on any government ownership of anything.

  • @RetSquid Do you even know what I mean by the difference between a natural person and the corporate identity which is on your birth certificate? That is not your name and not you, its a representation of your trust owned by the government and... the vadican.

  • @sereneyoshiko

Yes, everyone is a 'natural person', corporations are a legal fiction person. There is no corporation identity on your birth certificate. It is my name or your name on the certificate, it is not you, you are not a piece of paper, it is also not a trust of any kind. And there is not 'vadican'.

  • @RetSquid oops spelling mistake, pardon. I am done talking to you though, obviously your sarcastic comment about the paper is an indication that you don't intend to communicate but to attempt at belittling any advisarial opinion. I cannot spell, but you have a far worse problem. best wishes to you, in your life as a human cell/slave.

  • @sereneyoshiko

No, it's very simple, there is no corporation with your name, unless YOU created one. There is no trust created in your name by the Government. You just make claims with no proof, you have to prove these claims, otherwise it's all BS.

  • @RetSquid Yep! but, you don't know about it. Its ok. Alot of people try to make other people feel crazy or ill informed, when it's them who has the lack of awareness. Perhaps you should look into it - ya know if you ever wonder what's really going on. In the mean time continue projecting.

  • @sereneyoshiko

You keep believing in this stuff, it's fine with me. I know that it is totally unsupported by facts. I'm willing to look at any proof you post...but you won't because it doesn't exist.

  • @RetSquid: I am willing to take a stand for my right not to live under tyranny....unlike you coward. I don't believe everything that is thrown at me...i dare to challenge what i know is wrong in this nation. People like you make it easy for thugs to run our gov't without fear.

  • @DaOrigTruthSeeker

You can make whatever claims you want, but income taxes on your wages is legal, lawful and constitutional.

  • @RetSquid: Shut your piehole....you programmed idiot.

  • @DaOrigTruthSeeker

    Stop whining and spreading lies.

  • @MasonicMouse

    And what does that mean?

  • @MasonicMouse

How do you figure that? All the money collected by the IRS goes to the U.S. Treasury.

  • @MasonicMouse

She has been proven a lair many time over.

  • @ 2:30 - Rockerfeller has controlling affiliations with abc. Who's abc owned by? Disney. Who has, sorry HAD the majority of Disney shares up until last week? STEVE JOBS (Apple Inc.)

JOBS was an attendee at Bildeburger at least once in the last 10 years,

  • @MasonicMouse

Known what? That she is a liar?

  • @RetSquid you wish Retty :)

  • I like what she's doing but does anyone know is she still in jail ?

  • @bwdaswon

No, she got out on parole eary this year.

  • @RetSquid no, that was your wife.

  • @venuecam

Really? You are THAT desperate for attention? You should check with your mom before getting on her computer. You add nothing to this debate, troll.

  • @retsquid but its not illegal if she doesnt bcuz ders no law dat says she has to so y did she go 2 jail for something dats not against the law?

  • @StopRidinPlz

Go read Title 26 Section 1, it starts there.

  • @StopRidinPlz

Learn to communicate effectively. There is a law (Title 26, Section 6012) that says you have to file income tax returns, she didn't, the jury found her guilty, and she was sentenced to four years in prison.

  • @RetSquid incorrect again. You really are good at lying but inaccurate at being believable. :)

  • @ retsquid ru an irs agent trying to make me believe that to stop me from not payin my income tax

  • @StopRidinPlz

No, you wanted to know about the consequences of not fileing. You have to file, if you don't, you can go to prison like she did.

  • im really confused..we don't have to pay the irs if we dont want to? and if we don't is there consequences?

  • @StopRidinPlz

Let's put it this way, SHE just got out on parole after almost four years in prison.

  • @RetSquid when did you get out on parole?

  • Brave Woman...keep it up...everytime I tell someone that fed tax is illegal...they call me crazy..ask yourself why, anyone that don't pay taxes goes to prison..because they have to scare everyone else to keep paying.

  • @TheDrac3000

"ask yourself why, anyone that don't pay taxes goes to prison.."

Because the income tax is legal and the law say if you don't pay you go to jail.

  • @RetSquid If you are young,I can understand your reply, they put innocent people in prison everyday(the number would startle you),the reason they put you in prison, has nothing to do with law,Did you ever wonder why a Murderer serves only 7 to 20 years on avg.if convicted, while the guy who "owes" taxes, goes to prison for min. 25 years or more,in a fed prison to the Day,(means he does all 25 yrs),this is to scare the rest of us,they hope they die in fed pen also..so they can't tell us this, peace

  • @TheDrac3000

Whether or not she is guilty ( the jury said she was) has nothing to do with the fact that there IS a law that say you must file and pay income tax.

Do you think that the IRS lost her returns and that is why she was convicted for not fileng?

  • @RetSquid And their have been jurors who have said no,they do not have pay,I want you to show me the original law that says Every citizen has to pay fed tax(Not state tax..we do have to pay State)find fed Tax law,and not Corp. gain law,A fed law that says I have to pay tax from my Labor, not the Company or Corp. that I work for, this is where most people make this mistake, confusing us to them, this is why they get away with it.and good luck with that, don't give me tax CODE,give me the fed tax law

  • @TheDrac3000

First, which juror said they don't have to pay? And Title 26 (the tax CODE) IS prima facie law. That means you have to prove in court that it is NOT the law.

Beside that you have Public Law 99-514, 100 Stat. 2085 (10/22/1986), that is one of the dozens of income tax laws.

  • @TheDrac3000 i like how they can call someone crazy if they haven't even read the code themselves. When you have and explain that thjey still don't get it. Even ask them to read it for themselves and get back to you... they never have the time :S

Oh well at least you're educated to use critical thought analysis :)

  • She's right, the income tax is a redistribution of wealth... it's redistributing our wealth into the hands of the people who own the tv stations and the radio stations and run the multi-billion dollar derivative banking scams and perpetuate unending global warfare and will keep doing it forever and forever and forever... "I want to abolish the income tax." - Ron Paul

  • all this is all well and good sounds right on paper and in theory, but it doesnt mean a hill of beans because once you stop paying taxes the irs will sove a broom stick up your ass with splinters and no vasoline.

  • I haven't filed since 1997. But then, I don't allow the system to presume that I am a citizen (Citizen is an office held by many within the USA/District of Columbia city-state government, who think that the word just means "yes i was born here and have the rights God gave me) When you affirm you are a Citizen, you proclaim yourself to be their cash cow under section 6331 (a) of the Internal Revenue Code.

    Deny Citizenship, deny Slavehood.

There's much more you need to know than that. goodluck.

  • @d3ejmz

If you were born here or to U.S. parents, you are a Citizen, the only way to renounce that is to do so from outside the U.S.

    § 6331. Levy and distraint

    (a) Authority of Secretary

If any person liable to pay any tax neglects or refuses to pay the same within 10 days after notice and demand, it shall be lawful for the Secretary to collect such tax...by levy upon all property...

Nice try, too bad I can read.

  • @RetSquid "any person liable" is defined by implication (never overtly)in the following sentence of § 6331(a) (which you so conveniently omitted)

"Levy may be made upon the accrued salary or wages of any officer, employee, or elected official, of the United States, the District of Columbia, or any agency or instrumentality of the United States or the District of Columbia, by serving a notice of levy on the employer (as defined in section 3401(d)) of such officer, employee, or elected official."

  • @d3ejmz

Actually, the "person liable" is defined in Section 1, "Every individual".

“Plaintiffs also assert that the levy was invalid under 26 U.S.C. §6331(a) because Mr. James was not an officer, employee, or elected official of the United States or the District of Columbia, or of any agency or instrumentality of the United States or the District of Columbia. Plaintiffs’ argument is frivolous. Section 6331(a) empowers the IRS to levy the property of all taxpayers.

    James v. United States

  • @RetSquid you're using circular definition. If James knew who he was, he would not have found himself in court to begin with. I see what you are doing, and appreciate your service. I, however am not part of that drama any more.

    "person liable"=taxpayer

    "taxpayer"=person liable

Hahahahahahah! the funniest thing is, I bet some people don't see that.

  • @d3ejmz

No, "Every individual" is liable for income tax if you have over "X" amount of income. That person is a 'taxpayer'. "James" didn't pay his taxes and used your arguments, he had no choice about the court, neither would you.

  • @RetSquid No, it says every individual whose taxable income is X. what's taxable income? income that is subject to taxation (levy). sec. 6331 clearly limits that to income earned by agents and employees of the government. WHICH YOU ARE, if you willingly participate in the social security/IRS system or even claim to be a citizen of the USA. Limited LIability is for suckers!

Participation is either voluntary, or amounts to slavery. Slavery is illegal and unlawful, and I enjoy remedy and recourse.

  • @d3ejmz

No, go read Section 1, it clearly says "every individual". Section 6331 has nothing to do with liability for the tax. Income tax is not voluntary, nor does it qualify as slavery, as you are not forced to work. Your arguments do not work in any court.

  • @RetSquid sigh.every individual has to pay taxes on any taxable income. The only "income" that's taxable is that collected by us govt agents and employees (proven by 6331). It's plain english!

I will never have to use that argument in court because I know what happened on March 27, 1861 :D My trump card.

besides, if the feds do unlawfully put me in jail it will give me an opportunity to read all those Robert Jordan books I've missed out on. And teach inmates about sovereignty.

  • @d3ejmz

Sory you don't seem to be able to read plain English, it says that government employee or not, you have to pay income taxes. And "taxable income" is your wages, salary, interest, etc. minus deductions.

    And 1861 won't help you a bit.

  • @RetSquid I appreciate your dedication. You're up for review soon, aren't you? Carry on.

  • @RetSquid since the US is a corporate fiction, I, a human being, exist by definition outside the US. Only insofar as I allow presumed joinder between me and the corporate fiction that was created to serve as my interface with the greater corporation, does any fiction have any claim to me, the human being.

Moreover, since those who act as agents for the corporation have made it a matter of undue hardship to avoid entanglement with the corporation, I enjoy remedy, recourse and protection from God

  • @d3ejmz

Nice try but legalistic gibberish won't make this go away.

  • @RetSquid i don't want to make anything go away. Anyone who's stupid enough to hand their sovereignty over to a for-profit corporation, or, bind themselves to unconscionable contracts, gets only what they deserve.

The onus is upon humanity to awaken and assert their status as freeborn sons and daughters of God. Those who decline are free to remain slaves for as long as they like.

  • @d3ejmz

    More babbling doesn't help.

  • @RetSquid Babbling? Gibberish? What, is that from adhoc 101? geez you would guess they'd teach you guys some new tricks. Tell the surveillance branch the new phone tap tech works a treat. No more clicks! Never mind, I'll tell them myself while my dad and I are talking about Nikola Tesla and Bill Cooper. Hee hee heee. I'm surprised you don't remember our last interaction. I do!

  • @d3ejmz

No, I don't, I see plenty of morons on here, too many to remember.

Show me one person, just ONE, that has won a court case using your ideas.

  • @RetSquid you don't understand, do you? real sovereigns don't get that far. And since they understand cause and effect, they don't interfere with the ignorant's desire to remain ignorant. The truth is out there for you to find if you look for it. You do your job, man. Whether you know it or not, you're doing God's work.

  • @d3ejmz

Your 'sovereign' bit doesn't fly either, everyone is subject to the same laws in this country, no one is above the law.

  • @RetSquid you've got a touch of the ol' lobster syndrome, eh? That's OK. I agree with you, no one's above the law.

  • @d3ejmz

That first part makes no sense, but it's good that you have changed your mind about the laws.

  • @RetSquid I haven't changed my mind about the laws. I've always felt that no one is above the law. I happen to depend on substantive law, whereas you believe that man-made instruments can hold real power over men. The discussion is not worth having. You want to be a slave, OK, fine

The Lobster Syndrome is another name for "tall poppy syndrome", what happens when a group of underachievers notice one in their midst who is surpassing them. They try to pull him back down "into the tank" with them.

  • @d3ejmz

So you are just above SOME laws, just the ones you like.

  • @RetSquid I am not above any substantive law. Your corporate statutes are the creation of men who are lower in authority than I am. The Annunaki (or however that's spelled) are below me in the hierarchy of authority, so therefore any "law" enacted by their slaves are actually THREE steps below me in the hierarchy of authority.

Your subservience to corporate rules is your choice, no matter how much you stamp your foot and insist otherwise. Grow up and take responsibility for your position.

  • @d3ejmz

Good thing these "annunaki" aren't anywhere around here, huh? You just define laws that you like as 'substantive' and those you don't as 'corporate statutes'. It's really starting to sound like you are delusional...Babylonian dieties notwithstanding.

  • @RetSquid The agents of the Annunaki are the ones who own the ones who run the IRS. Notice to agent is notice to principle. Notice to principle is notice to agent. The law has nothing to do with what I like or dislike. The whole human family is living under the law, which amounts to "cause and effect". If you don't know why, you have no business in this conversation. Just continue doing your job, astroturfer. (hint: your job is not to fuck with sovereigns)

  • @d3ejmz

So you think the IRS is run by some Babalonian minor dieties? "Do my job"? I just finished for the day, in a refrigerated warehouse, loading groceries.

  • @RetSquid as an IRS informant. Get a life one of these days. You'll be a lot more happy and smile for the first time in 50 yrs :)

  • @venuecam

LOL!! You are crazy enough to believe that. Go get some treatment for your mental illness.

  • @d3ejmz you shouldn't waste precious intelligence on IRS informants who spend their lives spreading disinfo on a daily basis. The only reason I bother commenting @retsquid is cos he hates it so much :)

  • @venuecam it wasn't for his benefit, it was for those observing the interchange, and for me.

Expressing the same thought over and over has the benefit of increasing brevity until one speaks or writes an irrefutable maxim and that's that. I would like to get to that point, but I don't have many people offline to practice on. BTW, I ran into RetSquid on another video recently and we had some fun :D

  • @d3ejmz

"one speaks or writes an irrefutable maxim "

Like "most tax protestors are delusional or liars."

  • @RetSquid I have no authoritative data on "most" tax protesters, so I'm wondering where you got YOUR data? From your boss' filing cabinet, IRS troll?

For your edification, I'm not a "protester". I'm an "ignorer". I ignore the Income Tax. Protest is far too much energy to put into something that already holds no power over me. I am not required to Under Stand it, so I don't. 8^B

  • @d3ejmz

If you just avoid it, why are youy HERE arguing about it? As for delusional protestors, just look up any tax protest case.

  • @RetSquid to engage you in dialog, haven't you figured it out yet? You giving your idiot's tale, and my clear logic and reference to truth, will ultimately help people who read it to begin to think for themselves.

I don't need to look up any protest case. I operate outside that system entirely. It's a lie, what they used to say, that if you go over Mach I your head will explode. It's the same kind of lie that says we are obligated to remain slaves. It's a rule based on ignorance.

  • @d3ejmz

Well, have fun with your ignorance, I'll stick with the facts and reality.

  • @RetSquid you're an IRS informant who prays to the "income tax gods", your masters, that they'll pay you if you get just one more commnet online before the day is up.

    notwithstanding.

  • Sherry Peel Jackson Released From Prison (Posted: March 15th 2011) @ Militant LibertarianDOTorg From her friend Larken Rose

  • Wow, this woman is amazing.

  • I haven't paid income tax in 7 years, Fuck the system!

  • @aljones1966 I haven't filed since 1997 and will never authorize withholding again. Of course the question is somewhat moot since I am now a self-employed artisan rather than an em-ploy-ee.

  • i feel like when people revolt their gonna do martial law n fuck us up really bad.

  • it was only the Jury that could find her guilty... not the Judge, or the Troll who leaves ignorant comments... They wanted her bad obviously, and the Jury was rigged...

  • This Lady is Righteous.... !

  • @younwhosarmy

    No, she's a lying, ex-con, felon.

  • Redistribution of wealth..hmm, kinda like obama is doing and wanting to do.

  • @adiostraitorobama

You're kidding, right? Did you even try to do any research, or are you just copy and paste from some crappy anti-income tax website?

“[T]there is no escape from the conclusion that the [16th] Amendment was drawn for the purpose of doing away for the future with the principle upon which the Pollock Case was decided....”

    Brushaber v. Union Pacific R.R. Co., 240 U.S. 1 (1916).

Your case is no longer valid, so the 'bullshit' is on YOU. :)

  • @adiostraitorobama

No, but what you posted was an outright lie. Care to try posting some truth?

  • IT goes to catholic church the whore of babylon!!!

  • @adiostraitorobama

I seriously doubt that. The Supreme Court was not even around in Christ's time.

  • @adiostraitorobama

No, because He didn't break the law. By the letter of the law He was innocent. Just like Sherry is guilty of knowingly violating the law, there was no 'hoop', she knew exactly what she was doing. A jury found her guilty and all of her appeals failed, it was a very simple case.

  • @adiostraitorobama

No, Jesus didn't break one single law, not even close. And yes, my ethics ARE nobler than hers, I don't hide behind the lie of "I didn't know I was an individual".

  • @RetSquid ... Man you are twisted... Jesus in his time was known as"the Wicked Priest" he was known to "flout" the Law... look up the word flout... You ignorant biblical Troll.. Only the most Righteous, and Brave individuals challenge authority.. i believe this is why you disdain Sherry.. You are too much of a coward to stand up for yourself.. enough said...

  • @younwhosarmy

WOW, your ignorance is ASTOUNDING! How could Jesus be a 'wicked priest' when He wasn't a priest tp begin with?

Sherry is a plain old fraud, she filed income tax for others, charged them up to $400,000.00 total, but didn't pay taxes on that income.

  • @RetSquid so, uh, you're saying she declined to volunteer as a slave? This only bothers you because you are too cowardly to unslave yourself, and to see someone else doing it eats you the fuck up.

  • @d3ejmz

No, she's a liar and a fraud. What's your problem with the truth?

  • @RetSquid when did you stop beating your wife? Or have you?

  • @d3ejmz

Bogus question, I am not married. :)

  • @adiostraitorobama

Ah, the ad hominem attack. It proves nothing but makes the loser of an argument feel better by childish name calling. BTW, innocent and stupid are two different things, Sherry was stupid.

  • Comment removed

  • @adiostraitorobama

    And what WAS your point?

  • you have done a great thing ....thank you for being a patriot and trying to wake people up...

  • @angrynhpatriot

    She's a liar, fraud and a convict.

  • @RetSquid you must be a shill for these fraudulant entities..i think you are the liar and fraud..before you coment on shit you should know what you are talking about....you have to go the telli tubies are on

  • @angrynhpatriot

LOL!! Coma back in a few years after you do your research. Jackson was convicted of not filing her incpome tax, her reason was that she didn't know she was an individual" and couldn't find the definition of it. She tells others that the income tax is unconstitutional and gets paid for that.

She is a LIAR, A FRAUD, AND A CONVICT. What do YOU know about anything?

  • Right on.

  • But dosn't the original code in 1925 section 217 say it only applies to non-resident aliens and senate reports of 1939 and 1954 say no significant changes were made when the code was reworded from saying "a non-resident alien" to "a tax payer" still apply from the regulations sec 29.119-1 when it gives an example and in reg 39.119-10?

I'm on an iPhone and can't reply directly. Sry

  • @awp97128

The income tax code has never referred to only non-resident aliens. It refers ot Citizens in the old codes and Individuals in the newer ones.

  • @awp97128 How can someone point you in the right direction to get a law that you've just said doesn't even exist? What plain of reality are you on?

  • You should be proud of going to Federal Prison for such a shitty crime.

  • thanks mama

  • I heard there was no law that says we need to pay a federal income tax. Can some one tell me where I can find the actual law so I can have talking points next time I'm in an argument?

  • @awp97128

Here is ’the law’: Title 26

    Section 1, imposes the tax

    Section 61 defines Gross income

    Section 63 defines Taxable income.

Section 6012 requires you to file a tax return if you have income of more than the exemption amount, and

Section 6151 requires you to pay the tax at the time and place fixed for the filing of your return.

  • Sherry: "Tell us like it is in prison"

Good food, good company, and a free licker license. HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA HAAAAAAAAAAAAA

    ROTFL

  • The squid is a lying piece of shit.

Anyone who cares about the truth can find that out in less than 10 minutes on the internet.

  • @KevinMerck

LOL!! You are a total FAIL when it comes to knowledge about this.

You have to call names because you KNOW you can't win in a stand-up debate.

    COWARD.

  • @KevinMerck

    What? No quick, unthinking response?

  • It’s a fact that the Constitution contains 4400 words and was meant to be *understood* by everyone.

It’s also a fact that the tax code contains 10,000,000 words and was intended to *steal* from everyone.

The 16th Amendment was never legally ratified, (see “The Law That Never Was”) and the income tax has been declared unconstitutional by the SCOTUS.

Stop paying the illegal income tax and join in the fight to expose 9/11.

I'm NOT one of those people that's against truthers...in fact I am a truther!

I've recently started researching all of this income tax stuff and I was just wondering...Do you have a legit link that can show me that SCOTUS declared that the 16th amendment was unconstitutional?

I'm writing a paper for my college class and I'd like to include this, but I can't if it's not from a real source.

I just want to get the truth out there for everyone to read.

  • @blkmariah You need to read my comment again.

The SCOTUS declared the “income tax” unconstitutional. That had been done long before the 16th amendment was *illegally* adopted. (even the “History Channel” admits that)

With the internet at your fingertips, there should be no reason to ask me questions about what is readily available to anyone who wants to know the truth.

    Good luck with your project.

  • @KevinMerck

SCOTUS has NEVER said that the current income tax is unconstitutional, they have upheld it many times. SCOTUS also has no problem with the 16th Amendment.

  • @KevinMerck

and I agree, if it is proven to be unconstitutional, then we as Americans shouldn't be paying taxes.

also, exposing 9/11! I'm writing a paper on that as well. I'm going to make tons of copies of my final paper and leave them everywhere.

The REAL truth about 9/11 and the horrible government needs to be out! :)

  • @blkmariah BTW, if you haven’t seen "Freedom to Fascism", it’s a *must see* documentary.

It’s filled with the testimony of numerous people who have dedicated their lives to this issue. These are good people, telling the absolute truth.

Watch the video, if you haven’t already, and make sure all your friends and family see it too.

  • @KevinMerck thanks

  • RetSquid is a prime example of anal conception. Nuff said.

  • @FoxifiedNutjob

LOL!! Can't prove the truth wrong, you have to start calling names. Wouldn't your mother be proud!

  • Sherry Peel Jackson is a good person, as any good person can surmise when listening to her. She often speaks of her father, who was undoubtedly a powerful influence in her life.

Sherry is a true patriot and genuine American hero, the kind of person we should all try to emulate. She laid it all on the line, because that’s how her father raised her, to do the right thing, despite personal consequences.

We love you Sherry, you make us proud to be Americans. God is smiling on you Sherry.

  • @KevinMerck

She's a CONVICT and a LIAR. Nuff said.

  • @RetSquid

I have caught you on every single YT board spreading your lies. There is not ONE reason to believe you are not an agent of the NON_GOVERNMENT agency called the "IRS".

Again you have yet to show anyone the LAW , statute , and in the Constitution that says paying tax on our income it is NOT Voluntary.

RetSquid, I've got a newsflash for you: You're a fascist pig who's contributing to the downfall of the American Way.

Go crawl in a fvcking hole and die, assclown!

  • @FoxifiedNutjob

You are an idiot. I have posted the law dozens of times.

YOU don't even know what a Fascist is, do you?

  • @RetSquid

Explain yourself, cite the evidence or you could be very liable, asshole~!

  • @FoxifiedNutjob

Article I section 8 Clause 1 of the Constitution says Congress can lay taxes.

The Internal Revenue Code of 1954 was passed by both houses of Congress as House Resolution 8300, and was signed by President Eisenhower on August 16, 1954, at about 9:45 a.m., becoming Public Law 83-591, 68A Stat. 3. The Internal Revenue Code is now known as the “Internal Revenue Code of 1986” as a result of changes made by Public Law 99-514, 100 Stat. 2085 (10/22/1986).
