  • Its awesome to see people taking interest in Hydrogen. If you reall want to furthur your production of HHO gas check out Stan Meyer's work and designs. He passed away in 98 but his work in HHO production is above and beyond anything you have ever seen. If you go to his website all of his pattents have been made available for download for free to anyone willing to attempt to carry on his work.

  • uh, your charger is dieing because they're meant to charge battery at a certain volt/amperage.. putting a load on it = your trying to pull more then it was ever meant to, get a computer power supply, chargers of any kind will die if used as a power supply unless your drawing EXACTLY the voltage/amperage it was made for.

    p.s. computer power supply's are $10 to $30 depending on wattage output, mine is 3.3v@14amp / 5v@30amp or 12v@15amps.

  • yeah....lol....lemon juice......you could use it to mask the rotten eggs smell of a dying catalic converter ;) or if you wanna piss someone off, you could put the fart bomb liquid in the windsheild wiper fluid reservoir!! lemon scented farts.

  • Try using lemon juice instead of salt or baking soda

  • I think using wind powered electricty to power these units is the future, watch my vidio,

  • Excellent design, simple and easy. Does it make a difference what polarity is connected to what plate array? Is there a benefit to having 3 connected to pos/ 2 connected to neg, or the other way around?

  • clean your unit with CLR

  • Hi there sir HOAX, I have build a 4 plates HHO generator and it spews as well the only problem I have is that I used one table spoon full of baking soda and as well as HHO production increased the temp and my ammeter jumped to 60 amps thus burned my 50 amps fuse... I believe after all these videos Ive seen on youtube you have the most hho production without a doubt. will post some videos soon so please comment on my experiments as well. have a great day captain Oguz
  • You did what I was planning to do with these so I am going to watch all your videos. Before I buy any thing and Play around.

  • 400 series stainless steel is magnetic. 300 series stainless steel isnt.

Worse yet, stainless steel contains chromium. As your anodes are used, chromium is deposited into your electrolyte. Hexavalent chromium is highly toxic and carcinogenic. The used electrolyte is toxic waste which cannot be dumped nor deposited into your city sewage drains. If they discover you dumping this in your yard or down your drain, you will be fined so severely that you won't even be left with shirt on your back.

  • Why is it that nobody shows how to put one together like gauge of wire ,how to connect the plates etc.,how to connect to battery etc.,how to use or connect an amp meter, distance between plates some people don't know these things.

  • If you rough up the plates you will get better production, and can increase the surface area by up to 30%. I also got the plates at lows, the work reasonably well. They are so cheap at only $1.20 each!

  • dont use SALT, you will get chlorine gas produced, use baking soda

  • you have inpired me to build onr thanks

  • we have used nylon bolts in our first experiment

  • sirHOAX, you are encouraging thousands to use hydrogen. A true scientist. Keep up the good work. Next chance look at my vids : HHo Ecogreen. I would appreciate your comments. You encouraged my work also. The #2 vid shows a better view of my cell.

  • hey i used the home depot plates, i have a 12 plate cell, but its not putting out like it should, a buddy of mine has 16 plates but alot smaller made from a 18 wheeler mud flap lol and when he turns his on it just rolls the water and it puts out alot, any suggestions on my plates does anyone think i should try to rough em up or what, im using baking soda to.

  • I think its great that we all seem to be working together on this. Instead of hiding it, to keep it proprietary, in order to make a billion dollars. There's alot of intelligence on this subject, and I hope we can all work together and share info, to escape the grips of the oil companies.

This gives me a whole new hope for mankind. I think we're moving in the right direction, and the oil companies will see that you can shear a sheep many times, but only skin them once!

    Thanks everyone...

  • If anyone is building this stuff get your spacers, nylon washers and SS screws, nuts, threaded rods at Fastenal either on their website or direct if they have a local store. Much better grade fasteners and spaces and much cheaper. I got 5/16th tall nylon spacers for 1/4" thru bolts for 7 cents each, 1/16th tall nylon washers for 3 cents each (58 cents for 4 at Lowes in the Hillman racks) and they have up to 6" long 1/4-20 nylon bolts, SS rod, etc. Lowes carries the better Cooper plates - $1.29

  • Fastenal is the candy store of fasteners like Sears is (was) the candy store of tools.

  • Put a diode in the power line to protect your charger and or battery, will save you some money ! I killed a battery myself :(

it's the backward EMF that does the damage.

  • Why don't people show exactly step by step on how to make an HHO like placing the diode in the circuit which is a very good idea, also wire gauge, amp meters, batterys ,chargers, not every one know this stuff. Thanks

  • one thing: why stainless steel? could one use aluminum, since aluminum doesnt rust either.

  • i think stainless steel is a better conductor and aluminium creates a different gas along with HHO

  • oh.

  • Stainless stays clean, conducts better and doesnt corrode. 316 is better grade but the wall plates are 304 grade made by Cooper for the squarer plates at Lowes. Stainless is an alloy of iron and carbon with at least 11.5% chromium that makes it corrosion resistant. Chromium is used to plate metal bumpers so you can see the long term resistance to corrosion. Not sure if a different gas is made but I think it's a more active HHO than you would get with other metals.

  • Aluminum DOES corrode, just slower than steel. Stainless is made of things that just resist corrision which is why restaurant equipment, prison toilets, etc are made of SS rather than aluminum and SS is of course less prone to damage which is why Delorean used SS rather than alum in his cars. When aluminum goes dull greyish that is aluminum oxide forming, aka aluminum rusting.

  • Aluminum not only corrodes, but it rots (degrades) as well over time... Stainless is the best way to go...

  • Aluminum does corrode, but only once. The corrosion will ONLY continue when the oxide is rubbed off, thats why the alumium cans scattered around the dirt roads in the blazing sun have lasted for over 15 years, and still just as hard, although the enamel has long since faded. If you where to make a building's hardware out of aluminum, it would outlast its purpose, and remain there till it is recycled, or it is ground into dust. Aluminum is the most abundant metal in the earths crust, use it.

  • actually, if one was able to INHIBIT that oxide formation, aluminum would react with oxygen. Jerry M. Woodall at Purdue University found that if liquid gallium (or the non toxic GalInStan alloy in mercury free thermometers) was rubbed into and alloyed into aluminum, the oxide layer doesnt form and it reacted with the oxygen in water, liberating hydrogen in the process. the liquid metal doesnt react, and the aluminum oxide is recyclable in the hall-heroult process.

  • Aluminum is a much better conductor than any type of steel, its nearly as good as copper(check it out, steel is 4 times less conductive), the only reason you can't use alumium in hydrogen production, is that when immersed in any oxygen rich environment, it forms alumium oxide which stops the flow of electrons, thus, preventing hydrogen production.

  • So you can use round or square or anysize plates?

  • People use SS washers, tubes, plates, wall plates, drain grills, etc - even SS scouring pads unrolled into mesh with cotton socks between as insulation. So far I've found 1/16th with the Lowes (Cooper) plates to perform best, with a pinch of baking soda in tap water.

  • Is there a significant difference between using mesh plates, as opposed to solid plates?

  • The solid plates seem to work much better, more flat surface I imagine.

  • Very logical...

I've found that if you "rough up" your plates, it seems to yield better results, anyone else tried this?

  • have u tryed a higher grade stainless steel bolts and nuts

  • THanks, this is a great help
