Yes Brendon does the speaking voices for the characters during the show. He also does Nathan Explosion's singing voice (as it it very much like his regular speaking voice).

What have all of you James Hetfield naysayers been listening to all your lives? I grew up on Metallica and recognized this singing voice right away. Go right now and listen to Master of Puppets and more songs by Metallica. The only way you can deny that it's Hetfield is if your ears are broken.
