  • The reaction of public was funny :) - In pranayama I inhale & exhale rather very slowly & deep to still the mind. You Mr have do this in lightning way - this must heat you - energize you and I wonder if this way is the way for kundalini rise? If yes what about heart beat, bood flow, and mind vrittis fermentation? So dynamic & quick breaths must have some effect on them.

  • Every morning I do 500 rounds of kapalabathis and bastrikas before my yoga exercises and I immediately feel an enormous amount of energy flowing throughout my body. Unfortunately, these exercises are rather difficult and could be dangerous without the guidance of an experienced teacher. I was priviledged to have had three Indian gurus who have taught me this particular skill and I'm very very grateful to all of them.

I also mix yoga with buddhism, little hindu, little tao and its working I guess. No - I Know its working :)
