also i think the forarm grip looks far mor graceful than having the open arm grip but i think open arm looks very powerful and masculine once again thanks and do add me on face book if you go to miss pole dance keep your eyes open for me ill be there for the show and the afterparty and the after after slumber party and the click hostel

that was bloody awesome given me lots to play with especialy that forarm grip witch will be very good in preperation to start learning the straight edge and aisha i have a terible problem with dismounts full stop as i seem to need to pickit appart to see what steps to do also i find it helpfull having a spotter to pul my legs about so i can get the muscle memory for doing the moves at a later stage
