  • So there IS a way to break this game. Good. The damn thing doesn't play fair, so why should you?

There was something very much like this in the original Puzzle Quest. You had to earn it from a Litch, but it was so damn refreshing to take over the board and not let the enemy have a single move.

  • My strategy: temporal probe to cause the enemy to lose turns, minelayer or the one that turns blue gems into mines to populate the mine field, then finish with bola mines to double them. Sometimes I did 300+ damage in one shot with the computer never getting a turn.

  • *time

  • you should use temporal field or temporal probe coz they have less recharge tome

  • god i love you Hana

  • Er... thanks. I think.

  • Cheers for the vid. How would i go about obtaining the bola mines module though? I have yet to come across it..

  • You can acquire the plans for it from battles and then craft it. I can't remember what battle gave me bola mines but you'll come across it eventually. It's an easy item to craft.

  • Sometimes, it's really "effective" if there are a lot of mines at the start of a battle and if you go first, use the Bola Mines which make them fall easily. But I'll bet you already knew that. Anyways, I'll try out this method too.

  • Wow, you're quick. Anyway, annotations up now, that might give you some more insight. But you're right about Bola Mines at the start, sometimes it's great. Just depends on where the chips fall.
