Some of my tips... 1) Don't give a shit about what other people think about you, do what you have to do to be a good actor. If you're in high school chances are you won't see those people later on in life so who cares! 2) Don't think about becoming famous. Just have fun acting, the more you do so the better you'll be and before you know it you might even be famous!

@Austin10295 Im like that too, but i have been asking people so many questions and they all say that i should go for it! and shy people make great actors, so just go 4 it dont worry about what other people have to say, Just do it! and have fun! Just tell yourself that your The only one in the room, And everyone but you is gonna stuff up. lol :) you can do it if you try, DONT GIVE UP! :) xx

Yeh; your totally right; I used to have really low confidence; so i decided to join acting class. I have really seen my confidence thrive and my shyness go away because of it, and of coarse, my acting improve.

i agree with both of you! when i get on stage i kind of just wait to say my first line ..and then i can take control for the rest of the show. i used to be shy but when i forced myself to go to my highschool drama club with so many other people, I enjoyed it so much and I love it!
