I love embassy suites and I am a diamond member with Hilton

However, embassy suites schaumburg has the worst management ever.

They are so rude and seem not to care if customers return.

I stayed at the embassy suites hotel on a music trip and it was pretty sweet, i remember watching that commercial on the TV about 60 times before i figured out i could watch other channels without paying for it haha... I miss the hotel, I stayed at the one in Cleavland and i loved it.
