theres a way to fix lag on fallout 3 without buying a anew pc... i got the gma 4500 chipset and i get 30 fps simply cause i did this )go to your start menu, click my documents (or documents idk which it is on ur computer but on mine its my documents), go to my games, click fallout 3, and go into fallout.ini and look for usenewterrainsystem and itll say something like usenewterrainsystem = 1, change the 1 to a 0, then save and close, then go to falloutprefs.ini and do the same, then strt the game

I had a PC for 3 years and baught a new one even though i could have waited 5 years. It's true though that PC's are like cars and depreciate as soon as you buy them. can anyone help me my pc has a HD4650 AGP and fallout 3 has lag spikes and i dont know why its happening i can play crysis warhead and meadium graphics and get good fps.

I have an Xbox 360, and Fallout 3 is lagging for me! =O It's never happened before, but it only lags when I open the Pip-boy 2k and start scrolling through my items. That's rediculous, right?

Lol i running this on a p4 3.2 and a 8400gs 256mb and it runs smooth with textures max resolution on the one higher than 800x600 lol and HD thinngy, but then it has days were it hates me and freezes then runs then freezes :/
