  • i'm 110% ectomorph. sucks assss. i eat everything in sight and i'm starving and hour later, plus it takes forever to see any gains in the gym.

  • @toasty303 im 100% endomorph i dont eat much but i still look like a fat ass XD...i see my gains but its all covered up with fat! >.<

  • i'm 181 cm. 18 year old guy and around 72 kg. Can someone reply back maybe even you Jesse? Im sort of like ectomorph but i build fat very easily around my hips and stomach. Which is then also very hard to lose. I have been in the gym for at least 4 months i have a good routine i eat well but im getting close to no results. Help?

  • Some folks say im built like Arnold Schwarzenegger which is like 50% Mesomorph and 50% Endomorph. I've always had a big frame. I've always been able to squat like godzilla but I also wear a 33 pant size and medium/large shirts.

  • i'm 174 cm. 16 year old guy 70 kg. i have small belt and big shoulders for my age. my body looks triangle so i think i'm 100h % mesomorph

  • i think i am like 60% meso 30% endo and 10% ecto lol my muscles have never shrunk, i have had a cast on my left leg 3 times in my life for 3 months each time and the leg muscle never looked any smaller when i took the cast off... on the other hand if i dont do any cardio for a couple weeks i notice i get a bit more flab on my belly than i had a couple weeks before...

  • damn i dont know what i am i pack on muscle super fast and have always been superior when it came to strength but if im not concious of staying on top of my nutrition i gain fat...am i a endo or meso ?

  • genetics, and testosterone levels i think are the two most important factors in body types and rate of muscle growth. body types i think are purely a name given to lifestyle. all three types dont train differently do they? they still go in the gym and lift heavy weights, and include more protein in the diet, so what it is that determine rate of recovery and growth? genes (in my educated opinion ;)

  • i have no idea what type i am. im 5'9 not too tall 152lbs. ive always had a big chest and thicker legs. most ectos are super skinny but im not meso or endo either. am i a mix like 80% ecto 20% meso?. if i eat a lot i will gain weight more than my ecto friends.

  • I don't know what the hell I am. I can put on weight fast, lose it slow, yet I'm 6"0 and 185lb's and look thinner. I put on fat easy, lose fat slow. My thumbs JUST touch when I do the wrist thing. I pack on muscle......at a medium rate? I don't know. I've been working out 6 months and my lifts have gone up 30% and have gained 30lb's.....most probably fat but not really noticeable fat. I'm thinking I'm more of a ecto because of the shape of my body but I'm not even sure so....it's confusing?

  • @XileLord Man, it doesn't matter. Just keep trying to reach your goals. Obviously you'll look thinner than most people at that weight because of your height.

  • Im 6"3 250lbs I leg press 1200lbs and bench 235lbs wonder what body type I am?

  • @oIKracKlezz damn you should get checked out cause your body is real unproportional cause if you leg press 1200 than you should be benchin like 400-600 to be proportional

  • what about if i have small bone structure, but i dont really have trouble gaining muscle or maintaining. I weight about 163 pounds and i am five foot nine. My wrist is about 6.3 inches hips 34 inches weist 30 inches, etc. But also if i don eat right i can gain bodyfat, but still even if i gain weight, but if you see me with a shirt on i look preety normal. do you think i am a meso ecomorph

  • you dont share a little bit of each body type. you can be ecto meso or endo meso but you cant be little bit of each. like being ectomorphic and endomorphic at the same time. its like saying you are fat and skinny. it wouldnt make sense.

  • Yes, but Endomorphs are also very good at gaining muscle as well, sometimes even more so than mesos, so you might wanna mention that as well.
